The roof was $6,000 and the renovations were $20,000. We had 5 other bids from contractors and they were by far the best. The customer service was amazing. They had plans. They did a lot. We would definitely recommend them. They worked with our time line. It took 2 months. They arrived on time and they were able to meet our deadline. They worked out a payment arrangement. They were very trustworthy. We couldn't live in the house and we trusted them. Everything flowed really well. We would definitely use them again.

Mr. Garcia replaced our roof a few years back, (which we are very happy with to date), however, recently we had a big wind storm which blew a tile off and lifted a few of the others and pulled part of the metal back on our roof at the trim. I called Mr. Garcia on Thursday morning to ask if he could come out and replace and repair the roof tiles affected. He set up a time to come out that evening to repair the damage without doing damage to our check book. He was right on time and did a beautiful job on the repair work.

I tried to get this company to come out but it was quite disappointing. They came out after the third attempt and get it scheduled. When they got there, I mentioned what I needed done and the conditions under which I needed it done, the owner Mr Garcia who had agreed to it turned around and said that he cannot do it. So I had to call him back and say that if he could not guarantee that there will be no nails on the ground, since I have horses, it would be difficult. So I finally decided and told them that they could not do it. I am sure may be they would do a better job in town but number one, he delayed two appointments and I am afraid he told me the same excise twice, and you cannot have the same excuse twice. In other words when he did not show up twice he did call and the third time he did show up but I just could not deal with his terms. Overall if anybody does not show up for an appointment certainly not going to do a very good job on the work itself.

They did an excellent job with the replacement. The work was difficult, given the size and steepness of my roof. All the workers were courteous and hard working. They even painted some areas that I could not reach, and I don't think I was even charged for that. The quality was excellent, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

The project went very smooth from start to finish. Manuel Garcia Jr and Vincent Garcia were on the job each day from start to finish. They went the extra mile to complete the job before the on-coming downpour. They were careful to protect all underground pipes from the weight of their dump truck. They made sure that the Sunday services were not interrupted and that the area was clean and debris free. They completed the job on schedule, on scope and on budget. This was a great experience as far as roofing goes. I recommend that you hire them without hesitation.

I called Mr. Garcia out for an estimate on a Wednesday, by Friday he was already out with the materials to start work. The price was far better then other estimates that I had received. He did not try to hard sell me, instead, he gave me options to choose from based on what I could afford. The new roof looks great and I just love the new skylights that he put in. There was a small leak after the first rain by one of the skylights. I called Mr. Garcia and he was out that day to fix it. I have recommended him to friends and family.

They came out right away and finished the job quickly. We haven't had any problems and we are very happy with the service.
