She listened to what we were looking for and searched continuously for opportunities within our mutually established parameters (e.g., price range; taste; location, etc). She provided advice and input to help refine our search to use our time efficiently. She was patient, and she never pressured us to settle for something short of our vision. She was technically comptetent on details related to the transaction and she helped with referrals as needed for inspection, home warranty, etc.
Description of Work: Purchased an existing home. Lydia was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market in San Antonio and surrounding areas. She provided outstanding service with the utmost intregrity; and, instantly became our trusted advisor.
