I purchased an area rug after being shown a large selection of styles of various prices. I never felt rushed or pressured. It was delivered promptly the next day. The guys cheerfully moved a very heavy coffee table and even swept the floor before installing a rug pad and the new rug. I could not be more pleased.

It was pretty good. The sales people were nice. It’s the first time I am doing business with them. I just dropped by there because of their location here. All sales people were real friendly. They paid attention to us when we walked in. They gave us some ideas of things that we probably might not be interested in, and it turned out they were right. Before that, we had gone to another place and they didn't even say Hi to us. We were in there for like 35 minutes and not one person would actually really help. I tried to talk to one of them and they were busy and I was like I will take my money elsewhere. I’m happy with the deals that I got. The quality stands out. I got exactly what I thought, not more, not less got what we agreed to. With respect to insurance, the guy didn’t even ask me on that; he realized that it was bedroom furniture. He said that bedroom furniture doesn’t need the insurance, so he was pretty straight up about it all.

Lovis Shanks did a great job of installing my carpet, however I was not happy with the tile that they installed. The tiles were all crooked and were not laid right. The carpet was done quickly and looks great. Louis Shanks ended up sending out another contractor that replaced all the tiles. I would use this company again for carpeting, however I wouldn't use them for tile.

PERSONNEL WERE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL. PRODUCTS WERE OF HIGH QUALITY. ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED ON DELIVERY, BUT WAS REPLACED PROMPTLY.
