Arrived on time. Very thorough and courteous. Delivered as promised. Would highly recommend to anyone need tile and grout cleaning.

They were punctual and very competent. They did the job as quoted. We had a bathroom tile that was laid by someone else. They colored and sealed the grout on the floor tiles. There were hard water deposits in the shower and they cleaned the shower tiles also. They did a really good job.

They were here in no time and did a pretty good job. They were expensive. Other than that they were fine.

Mark arrived early for our appointment, but he called before hand to let me know he would be arriving early. He and his helper spent several hours cleaning the tile floors. The previous owners of the house had used the wrong type of cleaner on the tile.

It went on very well. They did everything that they said they would. Their price was reasonable.

The work performed was outstanding! Mark and Spencer were very professional and made our old, cracking, worn our grout look beautiful again! We had some tiles that sounded hollow underneath and many areas of our 300 sq ft of tile had grout cracking. I asked them to replace all the tile and regrout the areas. When complete, I requested they stain and seal the entire area. Every time out to the house (initial estimate, tile and grout repair day, and stain and seal day) they were on time, worked diligently, and answered any questions I had. With an extremely busy schedule, they worked with me and got me scheduled at my convenience! Very much appreciated! All the work they performed came out better than I expected! I now do not have to think about whom to call if I need more work...I will call them! Spencer also did a great job cleaning up and re-caulking a shower stall in the house. Mark didn't pressure us, try to up-sell us, and there were no hidden costs that arose!

I will never ever use another company to clean my grout or my carpet! Mark the owner is retired military and his standards are high which is reflected in his workers. He actually came out and inspected the work. We did a walk thru to make sure all my needs were met! Great Company!

Mark and his assistant did a WONDERFUL job cleaning all the tile in our house. I don't know exactly what the previous owners did to the floor, but the floor appeared hazy and there appeared to be boot imprints over a large area of the floor. I tried several times to get rid of the marks myself, but could not. I needed a professional!!! Mark returned my phone call promptly. We discussed the problem and he gave me a quote. The quote deepened on how much tile there was to clean. Mark went over several areas more than once - until he was satisfied with the way the floor looked. I think the floors look terrific - brand new, in fact.

Perfectly, he did what he said, when he said. We did sell the house in a tough market! I'm sure the great looking tile and carpet helped sell the house. I was really surprised that he was able to get some significant stains out of the carpet. I used a different company to seal the grout in the new home we purchased and was NOT happy with the result. I will use Mark for any future tile work. He explained a lot about tile, grout and carpet cleaning. Good information that will help us make better decisions in the future.

Very professional workers, friendly and knowledgeable personnel. Extremely pleased with how clean the floors are. Looks like we have a new floor!
