We were very pleased not only with the work performed, but their promptness and professionalism.

There was about a 3 month delay between the time of the estimate and the actually work done due to rain delays. The actually workmanship was excellent but the individual giving my estimate was not pleasant on the phone and came across as pushy.

It took 3 months from the estimate to get on the schedule to be done. It was supposed to be completed in 1 day, but the crew left early (2:30 PM) without doing much at all. I called the office and they sent the supervisor out and he ascertained that the crew left because the dump wouldn't let them in with old shingles because of the mud, so they opted not to leave piles of old shingles in my yard (good thing!). The supervisor also had no idea some of the wood was rotted and would need replacing, which was frustrating because I'd spoken to the company at length on the possible cost for that. The crew returned early the next day and nearly completed the roof, coming back for a few hours on the 3rd day to finish up. The crew itself was polite and hardworking; I just wish they would have told me why they were leaving abruptly the 1st day. The roof itself looks great and the cost was exactly what was quoted (plus the cost of the rotted shingle molding). They cleaned up the yard.

A superior company. Very professional from the written estimate until final walk through with supervisor. Their construction workers were very efficient, cleaned up after every day's work and when finished, picked up every nail, shingle etc. from the yard, gutters, deck. I definitely would call them again for any project.

The company was doing many roofs at the time because of the hail, so the crew was smaller than usual. Because of this, they only took off a section of old shingles that could be replaced each day so there was no change of rain damage. They cleaned up at the end of each day--something other roofers working in my neighborhood did not do. They painted all vent pipes to match the roof. Their work was exceptional, cleanup was wonderful, and the final inspection was done quickly and thoroughly. Everything about the job was in the estimate/contract, leaving us wondering about nothing. This was not so with two other estimates we got. We recommended them to two neighbors who also used them.

Lone Star Roofing and Construction did the work to our specifications. The products that they used were of high quality. They did a super job of cleaning up the mess. The crew worked very hard getting the work done in about twenty-four hours. This work was paid for by our home owner's insurance due to hail damage.

THEY CAME AND DID THEIR WORK VERY QUICKLY WITH PRECISION. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND DID THEIR BEST TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING I NEEDED. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD.
