+ -1 moreThey used defective screen material. I had to call them back the third time to remove & replace defective screens. At original installation, several panels of screens had holes in them. The couple (man/wife?) who did the project did not inspire my confidence; they were disorganized & agitated with each other, although they were courteous to me. The couple came back the second time to attempt satisfactory results. Finally, a different man came & replaced defective screens. It appeared that he correctly completed the project; however, in only a couple of months I discovered holes in two of the screen panels. By that time, I did not call Lone Star Patio back; I simply did not want to be involved with them anymore. To add insult to injury, the final invoice from Lone Star Patio was in error. By phone, I informed them of the error, which they corrected. I would not recommend that anyone do business with the company. My experience with them was extremely distressing.
Description of Work: Lone Star Patio (1150 N. Loop 1604 W., STE 108-109, San Antonio TX 78248: address that appeared on my Proposal #3055) Is this the same company as the one at the Spring, TX location? Please verify that my review pertains to the correct company. The service performed for me was enclosure & installation of solar screens on a small back patio.
