He did the work as requested however because of cathedral dealings by doing this the chandelier was installed crooked and no mention of a fix for this problem. When it was installed before the electrician put an extension on the dealing to make it straight. I was ill the day he came and this is what I get for not being on top of the job.

Mark was very prompt and provided suggestions as to the best location for the new outlet. He also discussed alternative approaches to complete the job. He estimated two hours for the job but completed it within one hour to my satisfaction.

Well. From aluminum to copper connection. I was worried, but my worries were satisfied.

FANTASTIC!! He installed 3 ceiling fans where there was no existing wiring (through attic), 1 in a living room, one in the kitchen and one in the master bath. I had two cannister lights installed in the bathroom. Lastly, a doorbell Ring device was installed. He did exactly what I wanted and how, and for a reasonable price. The next time I need electric service I will GLADLY call Lone Oak again and recommend him to friends and family!!! Denise.

Called Mark and he was able to fit me in the next day to take care of the work. He arrived at the time he said he would (and called to let me know when he was heading my way), he communicated his rate in advance (which was reasonable) and charged me that same hourly rate, he was honest, very knowledgeable and provided solutions for me to consider AND he was fast. I couldn't be happier with the level of service he provided. I'll definitely use him in the future for any electrical needs!

Problem was found an hot water heater was working within 30 minutes.

Very well. Mark was able to come out this afternoon. He very professionally and quickly found a complicated problem with the 45 year old wiring and shorted ground wires. Quickly fixed the problem.

Mark did excellent work. He was always on time, courteous and professional. He kept me informed and took the time to explain the why and how (and how not) to implement some of my ideas. I had multiple projects for him. He installed GFCI's everywhere there is a water source, installed extra outlets and light switches. He installed an exhaust fan where one did not exist before requiring sheetrock cutting, duct installation and soffit venting. Once I get my kitchen cabinets installed I'm planning on having him back to install the under cabinet lighting. Great job, Mark! Thank you.

Everything was perfectly installed, Mark was on time each time he came, he is courteous and polite and professional and very willing to accommodate our wishes. We will use him over and over when needed and highly recommend his services. A fair price for honest day's work!!!
