If you are looking for a knowledgeable roofing contractor that is there for the customer, then look no further. LMP was there every step of the way, he didn't disappear like some other companies. The work was being evaluated through the entire process; not just at the end. If something he saw needed to be corrected then it happened. I was always informed of what was happening and where in the process we were. When something was said that I didn't understand, he was happy to explain. This is a wonderful veteran owned business; with the military values transferred into it. I should know I'm retired myself. LMP went from stranger at my door, to my roofing contractor, then to my friend, then to more like family. I could type forever but you should call and get him over there and see for yourself. It has been over 2 years since the roof repair and not one issue has surfaced; great repair and I will recommend to everyone. I have waited for over a year for remodeling parts of my home. The experiences I have had with other companies/ contractors at the beginning was a nightmare, thankfully until I found LMP Roofing and Construction. Juan and Teresa met with my husband and I to get a quote for removing the entire two story home popcorn ceiling, repairing drywall in the master bathroom, and a small ceiling repair in our kitchen. This entire list of projects were completed within 2 weeks!! Juan and his team talked through the entire process and answered all of our questions. LMP Roofing and Construction does not disappoint.
