Absolute dog water. Guy showed up late refused to inform any of my other contractors about what was going or what work he was doing. He had a bad attitude overall, and kept rolling gis eyes at my wife. He even demanded to know why he was there, even after taking a picture of the 40ft tunnel beneath my house. Everyone was waiting on result of this inspection so they could complete their work, to make my home safe. I we can't have children and want to foster, but they won't let you unless they deem your home safe. His secrecy delayed EVERYTHING by weeks. He gave me a report and refused to format it in a way the city asked for. Then claim he was what I needed was a different inspection, that he was neither willing or qualified to do such work and never offered such services even though it's on his website. Consider someone else. It took two weeks to get on his schedule anyway so he doesn't need your monet. He already took mine.

This is a false and misleading review which offers no value to the consumer and should be stricken from public view. Lineberger Consulting Engineers takes all customer reviews very seriously. We continually strive to make our customer’s happy by providing them with innovative, practical, and valuable structural engineering services and solutions. Unfortunately, this customer is unhappy because they mistakenly ordered a "Structural Foundation Inspection" instead of a "City Letter Inspection". The customer agreed to our terms and conditions before placing their order which exluded any other service such as a City Letter Inspection. We explained this to the customer when we reviewed the report with them by phone and even offered to help them by refunding a portion of the fee, but they refused. They then turned around and tried to have their bank reverse the creidt card charge. We also explained they could purchase the City Letter Inspection separately as a stand-alone service at any time. Still, this customer gave us a 1-star review knowing: 1) they can purchase the service they desire at any time, 2) they mistakenly ordered the wrong service, 3) they reviewed and agreed to our terms and conditions which fully and clearly disclosed to them they were ordering a "Structural Foundation Inspection" service. Misleading review narratives initiated and produced by the customer such as this review do not benefit the public discourse. Product or service reviews should constructively inform consumers so they can make good buying decisions. This inaccurate and non-factual review offers no value to the consumer and should be stricken from public view.

Description of Work: I called the company to have someone come out to do a structural engineer inspection of my home prior to getting my foundation repaired. No one answered the phone, I was prompted to leave a message. I left a voice mail with what I was requesting and my phone number. No one ever called me.

We are still waiting for their report back. It went very well, it is a top level professionalism and information, it's a great value. It was very positive.
