Limelight San Antonio Photography

Description of Work: The owners of the photography studio were very disorganized and unresponsive to emails and phone calls. It would take a week or more for them to return phone calls or emails and we often had to call them back. They neglected to inform us that they were sending an assistant photographer to do my daughter's bridal portraits. The assistant was very nice but not very creative and the groom's mother and I had to come up with ideas for different shots. They did not provide a list of desired pictures for us to select from for the day of the wedding therefore we missed out on pictures with relatives that I wish we would have taken. They never called us to discuss the process. We again ended up with the assistant photographer on the day of the wedding. He had no one to help him and many of the pictures are not very good. Pictures of the wedding party have shadows on the groomsmen's faces. We did not get a picture of all of the bridesmaids and groomsmen entering and exiting the room where the ceremony was held. When my daughter ordered the pictures she wanted they sent many that she had not requested. There just seems to be a total lack of organization with this company. If I had it to do over again I would not use them.
