+ -1 moreThis is in reference to the New Braunfels, Texas store #674 at 651 N. Business IH 35. I was sold the wrong pool pump motor twice and was ordered a 3rd motor to be shipped overnight which never showed up at the store. I have never seen such incompetence displayed from a stores sales associates as I have at the New Braunfels Leslie's Pool Supplies. This reflects directly on the management especially on the District Manager.
Description of Work: Gave nothing but misinformation.
