Lesco Company & appliance service

The guy’s name is Robert Oson. I found him from the telephone book. Over here they have a website where people can rate and put in their remarks about how satisfied or dissatisfied they are with something. He had a number of comments and people have recommended him in their remarks. So I decided to give him a call. He was most helpful. He came and looked at my garbage disposal. I have a kitchen aid and he was not able to repair it, and unfortunately it has been in the house since I bought the house. He tried to find the name of the same company and he was able to fix one up at a lesser price. He went and bought it, and he came and installed it. He was just very helpful and he did a good job. I haven’t had any problems with it after that. If I have any small appliance repair henceforth, I would give him a call. I would use his services again in the future.

I was extremely disappointed that Bob did not mention a service charge to come look at the stove. One of his competitors, Mr. Appliance was up front about service call charges. His determination was that the stove was beyond serviceable limits as no parts are available. I believe he could have told me that over the phone as I had all the information on the stove that he read off of the stove. I felt he just wanted his service charge.
