I needed my kitchen sink faucet to be chnaged out and my toliets repaired and one shower drain to be cleaned.

I have used them for a number of years, and they do excellent work.

Roger has solved our plumbing problems for the past 25 years. He is always quick to come when we need him; he shows up when he says he will and is always pleasant and professional. We met his assistant Scott for the first time and found him to be pleasant and professional also.

This service call was excellent. All Lentz calls are. We have called on Roger Lentz for plumbing needs for the last 14 years and his is outstanding. He is a man of few words, a hard worder, and honest to a fault. He will not try to upsell you on anything - in fact my experience is that he will recommend the less expensive fix most of the time! He is also good at what he does, when he fixes it, it is fixed - and with plumbing, that's all you want, right - for things to work. Roger's co-worker Scott has started to take some of his calls - and Scott has the same work ethic as Roger while being more talkative and jovial. The last time I called Roger was for a governor valve on the main from the street. I had had this replaced several times previously by other plumbers and couldn't understand why it kept going out. I was planning a landscaping project and needed a good solution. Roger spent a lot of time explaining how the valve worked and how different pressures operated on it. He asked questions about the planned project and offered information about various options and their costs. The work was done on schedule at the quoted price and with a smile and an offer to discuss other options should our future needs require. I have used Lentz plumbing for almost all my need for the past 10 years and will continue to do so. They are A+ in my book!

He determined the problem quickly; said it was nothing and didn't charge me anything. He was very responsive and came for the service call very promptly. I will use him again in the future.

They found that there was a break in the water line. He worked for several hours in the sweltering heat. You wouldn't have known that they dug such a large hole as they were neat and clean. For what they did, they finished the work quite quickly. They also did a second job on my kitchen sink. He unclogged the sink using a rooter and found what had been the issue. This was also performed efficiently. Their price was very reasonable and their estimate was right on the money, even though extra work had to be performed. They were very friendly, personable, and answered all of my questions.

I have been very pleased with their service. All of the technicians are excellent. I give them all A's.

I have a septic tank and there was a problem with it. I had to have it pumped, but Lenz Plumbing took care of the plumbing problems inside the house. I am planning on replacing my kitchen floor and they will coordinate the removal of the appliances and then will come back and install the new applicance. They are just the most dependable company I have ever dealt with.

This is the second time we've used this company. They had previously done excellent repair work on our water softner. I was unsure which brand of faucet to choose, and the owner of the company spent time twice with me on the phone giving guidance for my purchase. The plumber arrived when he said he would, did excellent work, keeping everything neat and clean. My new facet has been working great, too. A payment was not required that day as an invoice was sent several days later. I would definitely call upon Lentz Plumbing again for our plumbing needs.

They were reasonable and came out when they said they would. It was pretty effortless. They were easy to deal with.

Roger came over and did the job on the same day that I called. He was professional and courteous as he took care of the problem efficiently and fast, explaining exactly what he did, what had happened and how to avoid clogs in the future. I was very pleased.

Lentz Plumbing did a great job. The three workers that came out were very nice to us. They finished the job very quickly because we were in a hurry to leave. They didn't complain at all. They were a very good company to use.
