This is the worst experience for me. The price is very expensive. Waited for hours and never came and never contacted me. And they never apologize. They charge unbelievably high prices, so please beware. Legend Plumbing do a very poor job. I was very disappointed. I should have contacted another company. I very much regret hiring this company. Instead of 1 star, I want 0 stars. No, I want it to be a minus star!

After moving into a new townhouse I needed a new hot water heater. My friends recommended Legend Plumbing. I contacted them for an estimate. Greg responded promptly and installed a new water heater. I was so impressed with the quality of his work, his great attitude, and reasonable pricing, that I had him do some additional work replacing outdoor waters pickets and some water lines. I would enthusiastically recommend Legend Plumbing to everyone interested in quality work from a quality plumber.

I needed my 20 year old hot heater water replaced and I found Legend Plumbing. Jesse and Sally were sent to do the work. From the moment they arrived, were very professional and friendly. Jesse gave me an estimate and was up front, he made recommendations but wasn't try to sell me services I didn't need. The installation took a few hours and they did a great job and cleaned up the whole work area. This will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Absolutely the best customer service, I had some concerns and they responded immediately and corrected some problems that we had, completely satisficed, also they have a new customer.

They arrived on time and was very courteous. Able to use a faucet I already had - saved me some money. Work looks good and the leak has been repaired. Cleaned up the work area. Will use them again for other plumbing projects.

They cleaned out a stuck sink drain. They had a really fast response. The plumber were very pleasant and skilled. They were very responsive with good service. I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Legend Plumbing.

They installed a toilet. It was great, and it was a very easy process. They installed it, and were out in an hour or so. This was my first time using Legend Plumbing, and would recommend them to others.

They were outstanding. Looked at what needed to be done. Quoted a price. I said yes and asked when they could do it and they were able to do it today. They were courteous, cleaned up and I felt their quote was outstanding. They are my plumbing call from now on.

Legend Plumbing had previously done a large job on this property, and Joel came back to solve this issue for us too. Joel was friendly, professional, gave helpful information about the problem, and was conscientious about cleaning up. Great experience! 10/10 would recommend Joel with Legend Plumbing!!

Jesse came almost exactly on the appointed time, assessed the situation and replace garbage disposal. He worked quickly and efficiently and had everything finished in about 30 minutes. They left the work area as clean, than it was originally. I was completely satisfied with the entire experience with this company. By coincidence, I later found out that my son used this same company for plumbing problems at his house.

Repaired leaking pipe - Jesse replaced a section of copper pipe that had a pinhole leak. He was very professional, friendly and punctual. He accurately diagnosed the problem, which was a pinhole leak in one of our pipes. He was careful to remove a minimal amount of dry wall to locate the leak, and he removed the leaking section and replaced it with a new section of pipe. He cleaned up afterwards, and he was professional and courteous throughout the service. I highly recommend him to others, and we will be sure to call him in the future.

Legend Plumbing team was very professional, same day service at a time that was convenient for me. From the moment I called with my issue, to the follow up email, to the reminder call when they dispatched the plumber, to when Andy arrived......all went well and totally met my expectations. Andy was very professional, courteous, and helpful. He made sure the issue was resolved before leaving - all at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use them again.

It went very well! Andy arrived promptly and I explained what was needed. They dug very neatly to expose the water leak and repaired the pipe, taking great care to refill the exposed area. They then spread new grass seed before covering the area with straw. Andy then listened while I explained another potential problem, saying he would mention it in the office and I would get a quote for that also. I am sure they will perform the additional work just as well. I gave a good rating on price because no one ever likes this type of expense but Legend Plumbing has my business!

Great Service

Joel was prompt and most friendly. He explained thoroughly the steps that would be taken to free the drain and how much each step would cost. As it turned out, we only had to have the minimum amount of work done and the drain ran freely. We found out that Legend Plumbing will be able to help with our future septic tank!! We are so thrilled and would certainly call Legend Plumbing in the future.

I called Legend Plumbing after being referred to them via my realtor. My call was once answered right away and I obtained an appointment just two days out. The expert called to say he was on the way and arrived when I was to count on him. He shortly sized-up the job and gave me a honest estimate to whole the work. The work was finished to excessive satisfaction. Should I ever have any future needs for plumbing problems I now understand who to call.

Andy did an fantastic job! He was very helpful, prompt, and friendly. He got my leaky drain and faucet fixed quickly, and explained what the problems were. The work was inexpensive, and I was really appreciative with how quickly and helpfully Legend Plumbing scheduled my appointment. They did everything was perfectly!! Jesse replaced an water softener in my home. He has excellent craftsmanship skills and great attention to detail. We are happy with his work and impressed that he kept such a clean workspace. He did really excellent work. We would use him again in the future.

Andy did a highly professional job of removing my old toilet and installing the new one. Everything was completed quickly and cleaned up. This plumber is really good and very personable. I would recommend him.

Legend Plumbing team replace main water shut off, replace outside spigot, rework washtub in basement and replace galvanized pipe to water heater with copper. Excellent work and great explanations. They stayed and did other jobs that were not initially scheduled. I am very happy with Legend Plumbing and will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!!

We recently bought a new house and wanted to know how our sewer lines looked. Andy and Joel came out to scope our line. They provided wonderful service. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. They found that our sewer lines looked great and we currently have no issues BUT if I ever had an issue in the future, I would absolutely hire them!!
