Everything about our rebath experience was top notch. The only downside is that the prices are very high. You get what you pay for though.

We had a big remodel job in our masterbath. They did a custom shower (enlarged our previous shower), put in a Venetian Stone color shower background with deco trim, put new countertops on 2 vanities, put up new light fixtures that we had bought. This required cutting new openings in our walls and re-painting and texturing the walls where the old holes were. They framed 3 mirrors and put all new fixtures on the sinks and bathtub. They also enclosed the base and backdrop around our bathtub and a decorative pedestal area. They were always ontime and the workmanship was excellent. We had a slight problem with the workers not putting up plastic to keep dust out of our bedroom. Before I noticed this, the dust had come into the bedroom. I talked to the owner and they took care of cleaning my bedroom and comforter. It probably ended up being cleaner than when we first bought the house! It has been 3 years since we had the bathroom redone and it still looks as good as the day they finished it. Everyone who sees it raves about how nice it looks. I can't say how well they stand behind the warranty because we haven't had a single issue. Based on my experience with them though, I would expect them to stand behind their product. I would have liked to do our other 2 guest bathrooms, but it is pretty expensive. Maybe in the future....

It went very well. They got it done in two days and they were very responsive. They just came back to re-caulk the original bathroom. We would absolutely use them again.

As I had [company name removed] a few years ago, I called them to see if I would need to retile my bathroom floor as the new commode had what appeared to be a different footprint. They sent out a plumber who removed my old commode and installed the new commode. When the job was finished, I asked for an invoice. The plumber stated that the job according to his manager, was FREE. Would I use them again? Oh yes. Stan

Fantastic! We took bids from several companies. [company name removed] was a bit higher than the others, however, they took the surrounds down to the beams rather than just covering over the existing tub and surrounds. This turned out to be a blessing because they discovered carpenter ants around the pipes in the guest bath and didn't charge any extra to dig down to the source for the exterminators . Still finished both bathrooms in 2 days! Well worth the price we paid. And, by the way, our local inspector told us they have never had problems with [company name removed]'s work.

Went very well! From our 1st meeting with the planner to our installers, everyone was very professional and did a great job!

They were very respectful of my home. They did everything they said they would do in less time than they said. I did have one problem and they resolved it quickly. I will recommend them and use them, again.

Not so good. Based on what we believe to be a total breakdown in the quality control process of [company name removed], it took over four months for the work to be completed. They made five separate visits to our home correcting issues that came up. Would not recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, hindsight is not foresight or we would have never chosen [company name removed] for our remodel project.

It was very good work. I'm happy with the work they did. We made some calls, and we couldn't get together a lot of times when they were here. But eventually we got together because had some little problems, so we got that ironed out and everything. I wouldn't do it again. Mainly because of the price, I probably wouldn't think about that again. It's all water under the bridge, now.

It was quite a challenge and I love my new shower. Everything that could have went wrong did, but they took care of everything 100%. And like I said my new shower is wonderful.

They were wonderful. What I thought was amazing was that they have guarantees to back up their work. The owner or a supervisor came out each day to check on the work being done. When they did the presentation about what they were going to do and how it was going to work, they had like a video on the laptop that the salesman presented to us. There were no unanswered questions. I don’t know if the price is really out of line. I mean, I don’t know what to say about the price. I don’t think it’s out of line with some of the other ones that we talked to, but they presented a much better product. I guess the price was okay. They did good!

The sales guy was very prompt and professional. He arrived on time, measured the bathroom and it was nice that he had everything right there for us to pick from. So we had a full estimate that day as he was sitting in our kitchen. We decided to not go with them due to finding a contractor that was a bit more flexible on letting us pick a mirror and our own lighting. Plus they were the most expensive out of all of the contractors we got quotes from. We would probably get an estimate from them again when it comes time to do another project.

The shower is very attractive and a joy to use. Although [company name removed] is expensive, we felt the extra cost was worth it. They do provide financing, which we took advantage of.

Very well. They were on time, quality of work and products was very good. They left very clean work area.

Everything looks beautiful. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them.

Great. Everything completed as promised

Much better than I had anticipated. Job done in three days. Each day the workmen cleaned up the entire area. All items in the attached bedroom were covered in plastic to keep dust from settling. The workmen were polite and courteous and when my husband asked questions they were happy to stop their work and explain what they were doing.

It went very well. The company went beyond their normal scheduling requirements to accommodate our needs because of our specific medical need.

Quality of work and product is very high. People throughout the organization were easy to work with. [company name removed] was flexible in negotiation of contract terms and never came back to ask for more money to cover some unexpected expense. Workers were careful to contain the mess while working and cleaned up each day. We selected [company name removed] from among four competitive proposals. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive proposal. Offered significantly better warranty and a large enough qualified staff to get it done. Total job took 3-½ months from contract signing to completion. This was well beyond the 6-8 weeks we had been promised. This is the main reason we're not giving them an A rating.

[Company name removed] personnel are very professionals. John Blanks (Consultant) was very knowledgeable and provided expert bath remodeling recommendations. [Company name removed] work crew started as scheduled and very professional in the required job, always kept us updated as the work progress. Both remodel projects were completed as scheduled, we are very satisfied and happy with the complete work, would definitely hire them again!

Last week, they were here two days and the week before that, they were here five days. I paid for quality.

[company name removed] did a beautiful job and everything was completed as ordered but it took longer than anticipated. Some parts and the glass door were late in coming. Glass door installers made a slight nick on the shower floor which [company name removed] eventually repaired but not to the original condition as now it tends to appear as a light stain. Our front door has scratches on the bottom which I did not notice till months later but suspect was caused when the shower door was brought inside. The price was high but expected for the material used and the warranty you get.
