Description of Work: They didn't do anything. We had a rep come out to give us an estimate and make recommendations. He arrived on time and was very friendly, but we really didn't get any information from him. He took lots of measurements and pictures, but seemed to be really concerned about whether we would be able to re-use the glass on one of the showers. We heard back later that we would not be able to, but were given no ideas about any costs or ideas for refinishing either shower. He strongly suggested that I do not have the showers re-done with tile, but that I should use solid surface materials, but again, I was given no idea about the cost. I am only guessing here, but I suspect that because I currently have a custom shower, he felt that whatever they would be doing to repair it would not be up to the quality of the rest of the house. All in all, it was a really odd meeting with very little information coming my way. Then a couple of weeks later, they called to see if we wanted to proceed by having someone come out to give us a quote. We were given the impression that it would be the same person, and since he didn't give us any details on the first trip, we opted to decline a further visit.

Description of Work: Removed claw foot tub - removed wall paper. Painted walls, installed shower, toilet, and vanity. It was great - very professional, did not have to clean up every day after they left - the entire team was very conscientious about "messes" in the house. Pricey but worth it as the quality is outstanding and highly recommend their services. Have recommended them a couple of things mes to individuals. GREAT work!

Description of Work: I had a whirlpool bathtub that was not working and was difficult for me to get in and out of it. [Company name removed] removed the tub, put a walk in shower, painted the bathroom and tiled the floor. I purchased the tile and had a glass door installed on the shower. They did an outstanding job. For safety, grab bars were also installed. I highly recommend them. I am not sure of the exact date the work was done. I would have to find the paperwork, but I think my guess is pretty close.

Description of Work: Gutted an remodeled master bath. They showed up every day until the job was done and followed up with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: I had my bathtub changed out. My new tub and tile surround looks so much better. I can't even tell you how much better it all looks. The price was a little high, but we were expecting mold, water damage, insect damage, something, behind the old vinyl enclosure. [Company name removed] would have cleaned up and repaired any damage for no additional cost. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything was intact and in good shape when the old tub finally came out. The teams were on time and did a good job, but there was some confusion about parts not being on the right truck, which caused a minor delay. Also, we had requested they re-install our existing shower head rather than a new one - we ended up with a new one and we took that one down and put up own old one later. All in all, it was a good experience. When it's time to do the rest of the bathroom, I'll consider them.

Description of Work: All we wanted was a facelift to our second bathroom. We wanted the tile around the tub replaced and the floor linoleum replaced. Pricilla, the design consultant came to discuss what we wanted. She made some recommendations, but ultimately left the decisions up to us. I was impressed that she did not try to sell us something we didn't want or talk us into more pricey options. Once she set us up, the company remained in contact to let us know the status of the materials and scheduled a date to demolish and install. They were true to their promise of 2 days to demolish and 2 days to install. The old tile was removed and replace with tub to ceiling polymer surface with new shower and tub fixtures that look fantastic. The linoleum was replaced a coordinated perfectly with the shower. An added bonus was they installed at no additional charge a new fixture on my sink that I purchased from Lowes. They did a great job and my bathroom looks like a model home at a price I could afford. Last but not least, they cleaned up after themselves. My home was so clean, I was sure they hadn't been there!I plan on calling on them to redo my master bath this spring.A++

Description of Work: Enlarged shower and replaced bath. They were amazing - cleaned up daily. The bath and shower looks fantastic and their product is wonderful - no scrubbing for me anymore :)

Description of Work: [company name removed] was professional in every aspect. Despite running into an unforeseen issue, they came up with another plan and completed the project. Each crew that came in was professional and motivated to provide us with whatever our needs or changes. They were very flexible and took time to think through any challenges our home provided. They were timely and punctual. We are very pleased with their work.

New vinyl floors and baseboards, new toilet in one bath, new countertops and sinks in both baths, removed wallpaper, textured & repainted walls & ceilings. They did an excellent job, were professional, and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They removed our old shower and tub and replaced with a stand up shower with glass doors. Only took three days to complete. Workers were very professional.

Description of Work: Renovated a master bathroom: removed a tub, expanded a shower into a double shower, replaced cabinets. Job is not yet complete but to date quality has been very good, folks have been very professional and responsive (a pleasure to work with). Cost is high, but the quality seems very good and the experience has been good so far. Hopefully this is indicative of their future work.
