They ripped out and replaced a shower in one & tub in the second, installed new sinks, countertops, flooring, toilets, stripped and repainted old cabinetry, painted walls, replaced and painted baseboards, installed new lighting. The workmen were friendly, seemed to possess good work habits/ethics, and kept me informed of their progress. They answered my questions and when they were finished they gave me information and explained how to care for my new surfaces.

Description of Work: Removed a whirlpool tub and replaced it with a walk in shower with glass sliding shower doors. Not sure of the actual date but extremely happy with the finished product.

The workers were courteous and cleaned the entire area after they were done for the day. Exceptional work and the completed shower is spectacular. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: On May 2, 2015 we contracted with [Company name removed] after deciding that their company offered great value based on the presentation by their sales rep Joseph Pinilla. He stated that they would not start work on our home until all the materials were in their warehouse. This would ensure a smooth remodel and it would take about 2 weeks from start to finish. He did a video of our home from the front door to the bathroom. Measured everything, and had great samples of what would be installed after we went through the selection process. It felt the same as when we had our home built and went through the selection process of flooring, hardware, fixtures, vanity etc. Both the wife and I were impressed. He use to be an installer so he was well versed in the process. Great comfort on our part. The contract stated 10 to 12 weeks to start. They started on August 3 and were suppose to finish on August 7th. However, somehow not enough tile for the floor was ordered. When the contract was written and measurements were taken and video was taken, we feel that this should not have been missed by such a large amount nearly 6 boxes of tile. Also, one of our medicine cabinets was not ordered either. When we talked with the individual that orders the material we were told it would take about a week to get the additional tile but up to 8 weeks to get the medicine cabinet. We didn't mind waiting the week for the cabinet as we had to wait two weeks for the custom glass for our shower enclosure, but too wait 8 weeks for a medicine cabinet caused us issues. We decided to have our own painter because [Company name removed] was going to charge 4,000 to paint and install new sheetrock. We had wall paper and they do not strip wall paper, they remove all the sheetrock as it is easier to install new walls and paint. Probably a warranty issue on their part. On August 12 the tile work was completed and we were on hold for the missing cabinet. The grout we had contracted for with the tile work did not come in either and we chose a different color. The shower glass came as expected two weeks after, but it needed to have an adjustment so that delayed us again for 10 days, but we still had to wait for medicine cabinet so no big deal. Our painter was able to begin his work. The job was completed and final payment on September 24, 2015. Our take was my wife was happy with the final product after we had issues resolved and the second installation team for the install on the medicine cabinet was higher than the other medicine cabinet we had the original installation team come back and remeasure both walls and install cabinet to match the height of the other cabinet and tape and float and texture the area and paint. It wasn't a smooth job like my wife and I thought it would be. To ensure this doesn't happen again, we feel someone should be reviewing paperwork that is submitted along with video and the owners should review who is ordering material to see if all is correct. To miss so many boxes of tile, a medicine cabinet, grout for the tile should not have happened. After we voiced our concerns on the install a supervisor came out to meet with us. We pointed out the shortcomings with the mirror installation but hadn't realized our wall was not level. So he tried to apply some silicone to the back of it but it is still a little wobbly but we will live with it. Nothing can be done about it. The medicine cabinet door needed adjustment after we pointed it out to the installer and he missed it but the supervisor took care of it. Wish the process would have gone smoother. So from contract signing to completion it took 155 days or 22 weeks.

Did quality, professional work and cleaned up each day. Very friendly. | |Salesman was too "salesy" for my taste. I also didn't like the fact that the job was all in one pricing and they refused to itemize the work. Made it difficult to compare pricing with other craftsmen or company. | |Logistics were less than satisfactory. Sent wrong fixtures and installers would have installed them had we not caught it. Having to reorder delayed the project a bit.

Description of Work: The garden tub was removed from of the master bathroom and converted in to a walk in shower. We also had the counter top replaced in the master bathroom with new sinks. In our guest bathroom we had the counter top replaced and chose a vessel sink. All the work was completed in a timely manner. I would gladly recommend [company name removed]

Description of Work: Completely re-did a bathroom. Built a super walk-in shower with bench, a new vanity with sink and drawer space, and removed old shower and installed a new custom linen closet. Everything was done when scheduled, very professional, neat and we are extremely pleased.

Description of Work: This is actually the second time we have used this company. This time they totally replaced our shower and installed an oversized jacuzzi tub in place of a stand alone shower. The shower doors and wall are all glass and beautifully installed. The workers were very professional, were on time and got the whole job done in on schedule. If I ever need to triode my bath again, I'll certainly use a third time.

Description of Work: They remodeled my master bath and guest bath. The master bath had minor remodeling done, replacing the shower head and walls. Counter tops and sink and the toilet. The guest bath had a full conversion done, replaced the bath tub with a walk in shower, replaced the toilet, counter top and floors. A plus work. The cost was high but worth it. I mean you get what you pay for
