Description of Work: I had my bathroom remodeled. They took out tub and put in walk in shower, replaced toilet, basin, walls, storage units, and added insulation. Everything was replaced accept the floor. I wanted to keep original 1927 floor tiles.

Description of Work: Replaced tub and surround in one bathroom and converted tub to shower in master bath. Installers took the walls down to the studs and did an excellent job in just 3 days! Final product looks great!

Description of Work: Rebuilt existing shower and replaced tub hardware and surround. A series of errors from the beginning. Delayed start, hole in concrete slab cut wrong, parts not as specified, hurry up on the caulking/sealant. Had management come to the house and take a look, he agreed it was a poor job. Arrangements were made for correction but the individual sent to do the job complained constantly, did half the job, and left because of an emergency. Never came back. I haven't followed up on this as I'm not sure it will get better.

Description of Work: This bathroom remodel was extensive. A shower was removed and replaced with a whirlpool tub. Plumbing had to be moved and a dividing wall had to be moved and rebuilt to accommodate the tub. A new, custom made vanity replaced older double sinks. A new mirror and lights were added above the double sink vanity.

Description of Work: On May 24, 2008, Shelly from [company name removed] came to give an estimate on refinishing our master bathroom shower. We saw their ad on TV stating that 2 professional installers would complete the job in less than 2 days. Our estimate was $5760. We agreed and they promised to finish the job in 2 days or less. Shelly spent over one hour measuring our shower. We paid half, $2880 that same day. A plumber came on July 21 to prepare the fixtures. On July 22, ONE installer came and worked over 8 hours. After 8 hours, the job was not complete. The installer did not know how to finish the outside trim and said someone else would have to come out. The owner came out and had no idea how to finish the project. Finally they came up with something that was acceptable but they still had more work to finish. The new shower door had a 1 inch gap from closing. Over the next 53 days, [company name removed] sent 2 outside contractors to our home, one to fix the shower door and one to fix the drain, still not centered. Several visits which required someone to stay home and wait for service...gaps to be closed and grout cracks to be resealed, the shower floor to be redone because the water did not flow to the drain. In the meantime, someone from [company name removed] office left a message on our home phone while we were at work saying the balance of $2880 would be charged to our account. These people had always contacted me on my cell phone except for this message.. It took 10 days to get them to remove the 2nd payment and come to finish the work. Finally on September 13th, 53 days after they started the job, we were completely frustrated with this company's customer service and ready to stop them from coming out doing patchwork and losing the use of our shower while it dried. All the while, the owner David promised he would discount the price for our inconvenience and their failure to meet the terms of their contract. When it was time to pay the second half, he offered a 10% discount. We wanted 50%. He said 15% was the lowest he would consider and we had no choice but to agree. We chose this company because we were willing to pay extra to get the job done in 2 days. They do not deliver what they promise in their advertising. They are not professional. They do not adequately compensate for not meeting the terms of their agreement.

Description of Work: In our guest bedroom the shower pan leaked. It leaked to the extent that water would run out between the slab and siding. This is an all tile shower. Estimates by 2 companies to take out the tile and replace the pan, and then replace the tile was very expensive. For years we just did not use the shower. I then saw the company advertised on TV and decided this would be a way to go. The representative came out that week and I was very impressed with the materials and his presentation. What this company does is not remove the old tile but put a high-gloss, impact-resistant acrylic over the existing shower walls. They were also going to install new shower head, faucet and shower tower (for soap, shampoo, etc.).
