They were professional and showed up when they said they were going to show up. John was a great guy & very nice. He took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted done and did everything I asked. They walked my property with me & gave me an estimate on the spot. They even used the blower to blow my dusty patio and windows off when they were done too. I knew my lawn needed attention and parts of my back yard were over grown so it was a lot of work, which I didn't care to do in this heat and didn't have the tools to do any way. The initial charge of $145 since I needed extra work on the first service was reasonable considering the amount of work. I wanted to spruce up my back yard a bit and they suggested a water feature. I opted to go with the suggestion they gave of a small pond. They emailed me an estimate with in 2 business days and I'm happy to say my mini pond will be installed soon. =) I called a few of the big landscaping companies that i see around the Dominion and the prices were outrageous. I'm happy I picked these guys and I'm very satisfied with the work. I like the fact that they take credit cards and I asked to be put on a weekly schedule with a text message reminder on the morning of the day they come out. I also asked for them to bill me on a monthly basis so i don't need to be around every time they come to service my home. They ran my card once for the month and emailed me a receipt. They have their stuff together! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.
