We contacted law and it took 4 technicians to finally remedy the issue. Law is good for alarm monitoring. However, we would caution the camera available with so much out there. After much frustration, we learned Law can only do so much because the product they’re using is from Alarm.com and they don’t have complete control. As a consumer, this is disappointing bc your relying on putting things in your home that was supposedly tested and verified. However, all cloud based/wireless systems are limited so its important to do some research. In the end, Law, replaced the back camera which was having the most issue and got the camera in the front to work. It is doing what we want, but again we feel there are better options out there. We are keeping them though because they are connected to our security system.

I just moved into my first house my fiance and I will call our first home. Having just graduated law school and being new to the area, I knew I needed a security system but really couldn't break the bank. That's when my future mother in-law referred us to Law Security, who they have trusted for years, to come look at our system. Not only was the installation extremely simple, the Law technician made everything even easier for me and treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. The peace of mind knowing I can leave my house that my fiance have worked hard to put ourselves in is invaluable. This company truly feels like a mom and pop shop with the great customer service, and yet has the structure and position in the community that rivals the large security companies. I am very satisfied and would absolutely recommend this product to anyone who is in the market for this type of service. Even if you think you can't afford something like this, Law Security makes it affordable and easy to protect what I've worked so hard for.

Technician failed to contact me and did not show for the appointment. I contacted the main office that same day to reschedule, where I was told the technician was on another call but would be at my house in an hour. Technician again never contacted me and never showed up. Law Security must not need business very badly if their techs can simply ignore appointments.

I am very pleased with how my new system is working. I have used Law Security for 10 years and would highly recommend them. I have had 1 price increase in 10 years, and they were very clear about when and the specific reason why they needed to increase the price. They have always been extremely professional and responsive.

Not good. Technician was scheduled for 1:00pm-5:00pm appointment. Failed to show and no telephone notice by 5:00pm. Almost one hour later, approximately 5:55pm technician called to say he was on the way. Meanwhile I assumed it was a broken appointment. I had other plans and had to decline his offer to come anyway even though late. He was pleasant and apologized for the broken appointment and for not calling sooner. I called the office the next day to inform them of my dissatisfaction. I explained that I did not blame the technician for not showing only for not calling to notify me about the delay. I stated that the company either must not have a policy of prior notification or if it does it apparently is not enforced. The office staff did apologize and did offer to make another appointment which I declined.

They came out quickly, set us up and have been responsive to any issues that have come up. So far we are very satisfied.

Incredibly fast response! The install was completed within a couple of days after my original call. The owner Pam was great and the install Tech was very professional as well.

They are a great company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Update: They called and explained they were having growing pains being new to the Angie's system. I can understand that, wish they would have explained that earlier, then I could have been much more objective in my original review. I have been with them for nearly a year, and they were pretty apologetic about the original incident. For that, off the bat, they gave me a month of free monitoring. That goes a long way to show how professional they are about gaining and keeping someone's business. Recently, they called to check up on me. I realized that we have had a happy "marriage" up to this point, with no problems and good consistent service. I would definitely recommend Law Security, as they offer a great product with a price families can feel good about. I bought the big deal, and unless I called them, I probably wouldn't have heard from them. I still don't have it installed so cannot comment on that. Service has been subpar. Once I called, they sent someone out to look over the house. We told her and the people on the phone that we have the big deal. She said that she would contact us with installation info. Another 3 days went by with no call. We called again, and they tell us that "oh, we have a written invoice here with a price." Again we had to tell them about our big deal purchase. We finally have a date for installation (almost 3 weeks after), though on my initial call I was told it could be done in 4 or so days. Again, this isn't to be negative about their product service, just not currently impressed with their customer service. I will certainly retract if given a reason to.

I had new windows installed and needed new window alarms. I have used Law for years and they are great company. The installer did his best to save me money.

They provided excellent installation and follow-up service when needed. I received an insurance discount as well.

Mr. Louis Wood came and give me good answers. I am planning to switch over to Law Security at the end of the month.

Highly recommend--not the biggest; certainly one of the best (and one of the most reasonable).

They have very reasonable prices. The system that they have is wonderful. It is very easy to operate.

They are responsive. If there are any problems, they are quick to respond. If there are any issues with the equipment, they are quick to take care of it. When we built our house, we researched alarm companies, and chose them to install the alarm.

Due to an increase of crime activity in our area, we called LAW Security to activate our home alarm since they previously monitored it for the previous owners. They understood our sense of urgency and they fit us in their schedule. Their customer service was amazing compared to other companys we've worked with in the past. The best part... the person showed up on time and was very friendly and efficient. After two months of service, we are very pleased.

I have been using this company for about 12 to 13 years. They give excellent service. I have paid the same price ever since I started using them. I will continue to use this company.

I started using Law many years ago and found they are the best Alarm Company in San Antonio. They are extremely reasonable for monitoring and Pam, the owner, is a woman of integrity. Any time my alarm has went off they call quickly. Their staff is very knowledgeable and respectful of your house. They cleaned up very well after installation and repairs. I have recommended Law to all my friends.

We have used them for years, and it is amazingly affordable. In January, I was walking into the house and I fell and our alarm went off because I couldn't shut it off. The dispatched a policeman to my home and he helped me until my husband got home. We will definitely continue to use this company.

The installation team was punctual and explained everything. I had ADT at a prior home and hated the system. This one is much simpler and 2 accidental alarm events (my fault with the remote) were answered immediately and courteously. Referrals get a discount too. Much cheaper by month than ADT.

Installation went well. The equipment is now current. The installer took plenty of time explaining and showing us how the system is armed, deactivated, passwords, and changing conditions. He appeared very well trained. We decided to change to a local company when word that Brinks/Broadview is merging with ADT. My experiences with ADT have not been positive. Monthly charges are lower with Law. But they are a local company with a great reputation that made the move essential.

Wonderful experience. Very professional. Prompt and courteous. Cleaned up their mess when they were done, and provided info on the system.

They have been our security company for sixteen years. They were recommended by the builder. Their monthly charge is reasonable. They are quick at taking care of any glitches in the system due to power outages. The woman in the office is very hands on and knowledgeable and can answer questions quickly.

The company is very diligent in their work and the price is fair. The crew is very professional and knowledgeable.

The alarm system was already installed when we moved in. They came out to activate it for monitoring about 4 years ago and they have been monitoring monthly ever since. They are very easy to work with. We have accidentally set off the alarm several times and they always call immediately to see if there's a problem. The only problem I have had is that we were not told that our back door is NOT on a delay, so if we enter that door, we set off the alarm.
