Very responsive, fast, friendly service. Made changes that were more effective to the sprinkler system. Even checked out the sprinkler heads to make sure everything was running properly.

Their admin staff is very courtesy, however professionalism from their main technician was seriously lacking. Very disrespectful behavior and can not recommend their services. Charge $75 per hour to troubleshoot.

Our front yard is irregular in shape and slopes downward. Chris made recommendations on how to resolve some long term problem areas. The job was completed ahead of schedule and under cost. The replacement plants survived a very hard freeze within a month of installation and are currently blooming into a beautiful, natural addition to our yard. We have more landscape work that needs to be done in the future, and will only consider having Landscape Management Co. do the job!

We have used Landscape Management Company twice. The first time was when we had our house built. Chris landscaped the front yard and part of the back. The second time we used him, we had him finish the beds and landscaping in the back yard. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what plants to use for sun and/or shade. We had 2 beds that had several trees and therefore, were pretty shady. We had another bed that was completely sunny. When he was finished, we were very pleased with the results. We would definitely use Landscape Management Company again, and have recommended him to our friends.

New home construction and I reached out for 5 quotes. Landscape Management Company was one of them. Response time for free estimate was longer than the other 4 companies. He was punctually on time as scheduled for the estimate. He was courteous and professional. The estimate was given to me on a colorful Rainbird brochure. I chose to go with another company because comparing them on Angie's list. Landscape Management has 2 reviews in the last 12 months. With only one being positive, I've got 1 review in 12 months to make a decision when it comes to spending $3000. The winning contractor prepared three separate documents for me. A cover sheet of the material and process. A personal proposal and a list of references. They also had 13 reviews in the last 12 months with all positive remarks.

They were very professional, their price was fair and they were eager to please. They installed everything in a timely manner and even did a little extra work and no additional charge - I will definitely use them again in the near future!

I think I have already told the story. We built our house and of course we had no yard. They were with us from the beginning with the sprinkler system and from time to time with plants, treews, advise, checking out the sprinkler system. Anything we needed and they were always consistent with good service, hard work and honesty.

The rep squeezed us in for a sprinkler system appt the day after we called, which was great. He told us during the consultation that their prices did run a little more than the competition but they believed their products and quality of work set them apart. The presentation was good, the information packet very nice and professional. The estimate really was reasonable although it was higher than the other bids. In the end we went went another company based on other factors. When we called LMC to tell them we went another direction with the sprinkler system but might be interested in their landscaping services in the future the rep was very condescending saying rudely, "Well, you get what you pay for." I didn't appreciate his attitude and this definitely deterred me from using them in the future. The amt of work and the materials were the EXACT same with the other company we chose and we are very happy with our system.

It didn't go...although he was prompt scheduling an appointment to see my yard and what I wanted, it took almost two weeks to get an estimate for the job. By the time he finally emailed and called to follow up, I had already received three estimates and had the project done.

After obtaining a quote from Mr. Heimann for lawn irrigation, I asked for a schematic, just hand-drawn, to reflect approximate sprinkler head location to discuss it with my wife. At first I thought his refusal was that he misunderstood my request for a simple schematic (that the others consider either have or are providing) however his email response was a bit more smug. In my first email I asked for the following: Dear Chris:Have a couple of questions. First, how many heads did you include into the flower bed? Second, I thought you left a copy of the "layout" of your proposal. I did not get one and need it to discuss it with my wife. His reply: "The existing front bed area to include a planter area near mail box would take four to five sprinkler heads. I don?t have a head lay out on paper, I only have my field notes. I would be more than happy to speak or meet with you and or your wife and answer any specific questions ." My reply: I appreciate your time, however, I would like a schematic in order to include your proposal in our consideration. Please call me to schedule a time so you can come to provide that for us. If you are unable to in the next 3-4 days, I will understand. I know you are busy, yet I would still like to include your proposal once we have the schematic. He wrote: " I use a computer automated design program. It is very detailed and professional, however it takes about two hours to generate an accurate design. Because it demands this much time I don?t provide designs until I have secured the job." The other companies provided one or are being emailed and his refusal seems to imply I am trying to scam him for a CAD designed layout ("I don?t provide designs" as noted above) which is not at all what was requested. I responded with the following hoping to clarify: I think you have mistaken my request. I am not asking for a detailed CAD design, but rather a copy of your draft schematic of sprinkler head, pressure reducer valve and back flow you mentioned. I am sure you would have done on site. His final response: "I simply do not provide irrigation schematics before I secure the project. I respectfully request that you take your business elsewhere." Obviously his goal was to hold out until he could meet with both my wife and I for his hard-sales pitch to pressure us to give him the business. If he wanted us to both be there he should have been more forthright and I would have arranged it. I have been in sales for 30+ years and understand the need to have all parties involved in the final decision present at the time of the presentation of services being offered. He failed to ask for it, and it is not my job to do his. We will not be utilizing Landscape Management Company for our needs, nor will I contact him in the future. His professionalism I experienced was limited to his flashy bound presentation material he left with me. His lack of professionalism and common sense thinking that alone would procure our approval is an insult. 03-15-2012 In Response to "Companies" response: Just to clarify, that his flashy material had a "diagram" example of how the " company ties into the water line i. e. pressure reducing valve, back flow etc.," it does not contain a "schemadic, " or as I requested, a hand drawn schema Tic of the head placement. He repeatedly implies I insisted on a design of his companies plan. I specifically requested something showing head placement to show my wife. He wanted an appointment to 'sell' his services (or why would he have insisted on meeting my wife and I.) However, without a hand drawn sheet to show head placement we were at a stalemate. The companies salesman, even contradicts himself saying " I don't have a hand drawn schemadic of where the sprinkler heads would be placed, " and then in the same sentence stated "as I stated in an earlier e-mail all I have are my field notes as to head placement" which the latter is all I requested. For any company in the SERVICE industry to be so brazen and not providing a simple hand drawn, if you will, diagram, then he does not deserve our business for sprinklers nor any landscaping that may follow. The attached scan is the only part of the proposal I will share due to ethical reasons. The picture shows what he stated was his "schemadic" included. I see it as nothing more than a generic diagram for illustration purposes only. Lastly, he mentions he was accommodating, however, that is from his perspective which is skewed and diluted. I think that the crux of the salesman's concern is stated in an earlier report filed by another Angie's List member who according to the salesman wanted a phone quote (and I agree he should never provide one,) his response reflects is true concern here. He stated "Many people just want a free design so that they can install the system themselves." I have neither time nor the ability to undertake this task even with his "computer automated design" and to close this chapter on an unprofessional "service" salesman, we will hire a professional company. It will not be Landscape Management Company thanks to Mr. Heimann, salesman.

They came out and tested each zone. They fixed and repaired all broken sprinklers.

He was quick to find the problem and quick to fix the problems.

They’ve done an excellent job and do repairs for the sprinklers.

We met with Chris on a couple of occasions prior to start of the work and were impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and honesty. All of LMC's designs and plans were well thought out and executed in a very timely manner. After the work was completed, Chris spent an hour discussing the proper operation of the sprinkler system and control unit. We're very pleased with LMC and will hire them again in the future for any landscaping needs. Note: for price, I marked "N/A" because we didn't obtain any other proposals so I have no comparison on the cost. Admittedly, Chris said he was not the cheapest in town but stood by his work. For the irrigation system, it was important the installation be done correctly, otherwise we felt we would always have problems with it. LMC provides a 1 year warranty as well as extended warranty options and conducts their own repairs, which gave us a good amount of assurance. Overall we felt LMC offered us good long term value, so we gave them the work.

I contacted them after receiving a flyer in the mail to assist with finishing out the backyard. I met with Chris and he put together a really nice plan for backyard. The price was competitive with others I received, but due to scheduling, they could not come out when I needed someone to get started.

We are currently deciding between three companies for our landscaping needs. So far our experience has been great with this company. They were great bout getting scheduled for a quote and measurements. When the workers came out they were professional and gave us a quote that has several different options that keeps our budget in mind. Once we obtain the third quote we will decide on the company who will do the work in our yard.

He was very professional. He was a really nice guy and definitely knew what he was talking about. He was not pushy at all.

They couldn't provide what I wanted. They could do something else, but not what I wanted. For what they could do the price was higher than I wanted to pay. They gave me another option and it just wasn't what I wanted. I also hire people I can connect with. They were just a bigger company than what I wanted to work with. They were very nice people, very truthful. I had no quams with them, it just wasn't what I wanted.

Chris Heimann came out to the house to assess our plans. He was able to give us a quote on the irrigation right away and was able to provide us with an estimate on the landscape design within the week. We were impressed with his punctuality, honesty, and follow through...he gave us a follow up call a week after sitting down with us and discussing the estimate. We decided to go with another company because they were able to provide all our needs and keep the work within the same company...this was ultimately the deciding factor. We would not hesitate to recommend Chris and Management Landscape Company to anyone requesting landscaping services.

I called for a "guesstimate" & explained that in order to compare multiple service providers, I would ask for a mock up prior to awarding the job. As a customer, I need to be able to compare the services/ layout that would be provided in relation to the price. He immediately became defensive, stated that I wouldn't find anyone willing to provide this (one installer has already done this for me) & hung up.

Chris came and gave an estimate. I actually had called him out for a stone sidewalk, but then he offered a sprinkler system might be a better investment. That's what we did. He planned it out, and when problems came up, they solved them with minimal charge. The work itself was not cheap; however, I feel because of the speed and EXTREMELY high-quality work, Landscape Management Co. was more than worth the cost. My yard was transformed. His advice was sound, and even though the stone side walk would of made him more money, he offered what was best, and by golly he was right.

The job was done well, and the sprinkler is fixed now. Landscape Management came when they said they would come. The pricing was fair and completely reasonable.

We could not be more satisfied with the work provided by Landscape Management! Our project manager, Chris, was the most professional, creative, and flexible of all that we interviewed. This carried over to the actual implementation and work that was done for us. Henry provided most of the on-site work, and his attention to details, work ethic, and follow through was outstanding. We could not have had a more pleasurable experience, and this was a very large project! We proudly have shown off the backyard to neighbors and friends and all agree that the work is amazing (looks like it was always part of the home) and we would HIGHLY recommend Chris and Landscape Management to anyone looking to beautify their outdoor living area.
