David Weekly hired/sent Landmark Electric out twice to our new house (built 7/2016) the March 2017 because some of the electrical outlets kept tripping. I was told by the David Weekly representative and Landmark nothing was wrong at both appointments. That the outlet tripping were caused by us. We had a contract on the house in Oct 2017 and the breaker box did not pass inspections. The wiring done by Landmark was wrong. It was found that the neutral wire off of the arc fault breaker was not stripped and landed on the neutral bar. Also found the neutral conductor for the circuit was landed on the neutral bar. After wiring correctly, the utility and master bedroom had a fault. Traced the fault back to a nick in neutral wire, in duplex, in master bedroom. (This is what electrician we hired did to fix the issue since we were unable to sell our house due to the incorrect wiring by Landmark.) David Weekly Homes had Landmark wired the house. No work was done since Landmark said there wasn't an issue.
Description of Work: Check the wiring and breaker panel in our newly built house.

I found Landmark through my builder -- they wired my house, etc. -- and have had them out to help me slowly switch out all of my light fixtures over the last couple of years. Overall, I've had a good experience with them -- although the tech they sent out the last time was a mess! It didn't help that they only sent out one guy for a two-man project, even after coming out to work up a quote -- I ended up doing half of the work while he was here, and still paid full price! He played hard core rap music through his phone the entire time that he was here, despite the fact that I was on a conference call for part of the time (when he didn't need my help). It was awful. The lights look beautiful and were installed correctly, but given the extent of my involvement with the project -- and the cost -- I wouldn't bring them back for this type of project again.
Description of Work: Installed/switched out three light fixtures -- dining room chandelier, ktichen pendant lights, powder room light, for $65.00 each.
