Mr. Tony arrived even earlier than he had promised which was so welcome since I had been without AC since the night before. He came on a Sunday when I couldn't get anyone else to respond to my phone calls - I have a home warranty and those contractors only had answering machines. They still haven't even called me back to schedule and Tony has already fixed my problem for an extremely reasonable price.
