Terrible...Do not recommend! Contracted as our HOA Management Company; had over four years of empty promises. They wrote the book on how to ?nickel and dime? HOAs. Landscaping and other services were provided by shady characters/companies that we could not reach after our contract w/ Kyse had expired. Lots of records were lost and unable to get by the new HOA during the transfer. We had a monthly bill between $700 to $1700 for graffiti removal; graffiti was a big problem especially right before Christmas. Interesting enough, once we changed management companies our graffiti problems went from weekly to none for almost a year. Now we pay $125 a month and if any graffiti is seen, its gets removed right away.

I had 3 immediate issues with Kyse & Associates during their first week of service: 1. Kyse & Associates were/are not in good standing with the State of Texas meaning Kyse & Associates failed to pay and/or file their Annual Franchise Reports and pay franchise taxes. I sent Kyse & Associates an e-mail regarding same, and they did not reply. 2. Kyse & Associates frequently use the services of Tom Newton, esquire, one of the foremost foreclosure attorney's in San Antonio. Furthermore the owner of Kyse & Associates possibly owns another business which specializes in foreclosures. 3. I received an unpleasant e-mail regarding an issue which was previously addressed & settled and this e-mail only appeared to be a form of harassment & intimidation. Numerous e-mails to Kyse & Associates regarding same went unanswered.
