My initial contact with Kresta Roofing seemed to go well. I was in the process of trying to sell my home and there was a recent storm that knocked off some shingles. I contacted multiple roofing companies and Kresta Roofing was the one who was available the soonest (with decent ratings on Angie's List). Coleman came out and looked at the problem on a Tuesday. He said it was too high and he needed to get a taller ladder and another person to help him, but that he would be back to do it that afternoon. I called him around 5pm to see if he was able to complete the job but said that he was not able to but that he would come back later in the week to do it. I never heard from him again that week or the following week. I contacted Kresta Roofing about 3 weeks after the initial call and the person answering said she would look into it and follow up with Coleman. Nothing happened. I called 2 more times over the span of 2 months. Each time I was told that they would look into it and nothing ever happened. Coleman finally called me (I'm sure he was forced to since he didn't seem excited about talking to me) and said he would have to come during a weekend with another person and the estimated job increased from about $400 to $800. I said fine, but to call me when he was able to do it. Nothing happened. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I felt like I was getting the runaround and they were not at all dependable. I gave them multiple chances. I made my initial call on 6/9/2016 and gave them over 2.5 months and the problems were never fixed. Apparently they didn't want my business.

This was a complete waste of money and time. The service was completely unprofessional (the first roofer showed up in slacks and dress shirt), none of the promised (and purchased) services were provided, and apart from apologies from the contact person at the company, we have not seen any correction, any repairs, any reports, or even any further contacts. Clearly a scheme designed to make a quick $99. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, this "service" is a complete rip-off, and a complete waste of $99.

It was good. They were here I think the week of April 20th of 2016. We had hale damage from a storm. The only thing I didn't get from him was anything written, that's the only thing I forgot to get from him. He didn't offer a written inspection and that's the only negative I've got. It was okay. I took him at his word, he said my roof was in good shape, it lasted about 5 or 10 minutes, again it was only $49, so I didn't get anything in writing or no pictures or anything like that emailed to me so you know on my end I didn't do my follow up work he just went up there and said everything looks great and you're in good shape and took off. I don't blame him I blame me, you know, for not following up more and getting more detail from him because anybody can go up there and say that. It was more of just trusting him because he was on Angie's List.

It went well. They were prompt in arriving when they said they would and the work was done in a timely manner.

Evaluated the roof for $350($99 promo price) which you usually get it for free from others. A teacher turned roofer(2 days back) came to our house to do the evaluation. It did not seem he was ready to do any work on the roof if needed. One shingle had to be replaced and one shingle had to be patched and I was asked additional $250 for that but they did it for $150. I thought the promotion on Angie's list was not worth it. The guy who later came to do the job did a good job and was worth the money.

He showed up on time, did the work, explained what he found (everything fine), was courteous and professional and not pushy. Excellent compared to most contractors I have dealt with.

He arrived early (after calling to confirm that was ok), got to work immediately. Once finished provided a full verbal evaluation and told me my roof was good to go. He was polite, prompt and professional.

Our call was answered immediately and the inspection scheduled for a few days later. Bobby arrived on time and professionally dressed. He inspected the roof and made minor repairs. He estimated the time left on our roof, gave us his card, and left. We were delighted with his review of our roof and will definitely call this company when we need any repairs or a new roof.

He went up on the roof after checking the ceilings throughout my house. He found a shingle that needed repair and he caulked around all the pipes. I feel like he did a good job. I cannot get up on the roof and check but he seemed very trustworthy.

Arrived on time. Provided service. Did not send expected materials when expected/promised.

He told me the roof was in basically great shape, and was surprised when I told him how old it was. He thought it was years newer. That was a relief, since I thought that (a) I might get told I needed a lot of work that wasn't really necessary or (b) I might get told that the roof needed a lot of work or replacement. Neither happened. He did tell me that I have a few damaged shingles and one missing shingle where some branches were scraping the roof, but it won't cost much to take care of that. Very pleased with the service, and I intend to call them when I want the work done.

They were fast and cleaned up after job was finished. No problem to work with.

They called us to check on the progress and to see if we were satisfied. They were very good to work with. The quality of their work is very good as far as I can tell.
