Knotty by Nature Tree Care

We had a very large pecan tree around 60 feet tall that was mostly dead and a huge hazard for falling branches. Ziggy did an amazing job with bringing the tree down and removal on 2 days both hitting over 100 degrees! Expert work and would hire again.

I requested a tree to be planted in my front yard. Ziggy was very helpful in the decision process of selecting the right tree for my home. Follow up instructions are given to care for my tree and a follow-up visit is scheduled to make sure growth is on track.

The completed work was fantastic. The work described at our initial appointment was exactly what was completed. My trees look great. Cleanup was done well, also.

I had an appointment for 8:30am, and they did not show. I had told the owner that we received a citation about low branches in the street, so he should have known it was important for us to take care of the issue. I called the number at about 10am, and got no response. Later that day, the owner called and left a message on my home answering machine, saying the keys got locked in his worker's car so they were late that day. I called the next day to give them a second chance, and left a voicemail message asking the owner to call back. No one ever returned my call. Very dissatisfied and I would not call this company again.

This young man is extremely polite and thorough. It is obvious he takes great pride in his work and it shows. Other than having nicely trimmed trees you would not have known he was here. We appreciate that he left the area so clean. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend him.
