Description of Work: Took out three large trees from front of house. Disposed of the remains of the three trees taken out, cleaned up the work area and it took less than four hours. Workers were professional, courteous, and prompt. They did exactly what we had discussed that needed to be done. I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to use Ken's again.Ken came to my home and gave me an estimate of cost of project. We did not arrive at a date for the work to be completed. After about two weeks and since I had not heard from Ken, I was concerned as to whether Ken wanted the job or not so I called to check on Ken to see if he was still interested in doing the work. I was surprised to find out when Ken got on the phone that he had an accident at home and had broken his leg. I asked if he wanted me to get someone else. He said absolutely not that he would have someone out the first of the week. Ken was unable to make it because he was having surgery to fix the leg on the day he scheduled the work. I tell you this story to expressl how well his people performed without his supervision and therefore, a compnuy one can rely on.

+ -1 moreI have three trees and they pruned two, one is an oak tree and I do not know what the other one is. They are big trees. The team he sends is very professional and they clean up immaculately. The price was well worth it. He is prompt and keeps me informed of when they are going to arrive. If they are going to be late, he calls me. The price is good. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: I used Ken's Quality Tree Care LLC to prune two trees. He has been cutting my trees for sixteen years.

+ -1 moreAfter a very windy night, we became concerned because we could hear that a few tree branches were scraping against our roof. We called to request an estimate, as Ken's has performed work for us in the past. Though we called on a Saturday morning, we received a return call in less than 15 minutes. Jesse, a foreman, promised to be at our house in the next 45 minutes. He showed up promptly, and with the truck ready to complete the work. He worked quickly, did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly. We will definitely use them every time we need tree service.
