+ 0 moreThey were very punctual with getting the house for an estimate. Gave a really good price for the work that needs to be done. When it came to scheduling the date, Melissa could not get the man power to do the job. Kept canceling service and eventually never called me back. Get the answering message for than a human. For an 875.00 invoice, they did not seem too interested in completing the service.
Description of Work: Estimated trim fence line, cut grass, remove trees...

+ -1 moreIt went great. Showed up on time/ never stopped the entire time they were here. They tilled the yard, fixed a broken sprinkler head that existed Before they started work, laid all the grass, trimmed tree s to allow sun light into the yard, hauled away all trash/trimmings and did the first watering. They then instructed us on the necessity to hand water 2 x a day for the first 2 weeks . We could not have timed it better.....it rained a lot! :) Once the work was completed, they presented the bill which was exactly the estimate amount and we paid it in full. As of right now, we could not be happier.
Description of Work: Gave written estimates (Each estimate was for a specifically discussed option ) These estimates were guaranteed prices. They encouraged us to shop around before we decided. We did and we decided to contract with Kelly Tree Service. The owner's daughter came by with the installer the day before to review the work to be done and confirm it with us Installed new yard . ,

Description of Work: I called Kelly's Tree and Landscaping Service for an estimate on stump removal and replacing a retaining wall. The inspector arrived 20 minutes late and then as we were showing him our backyard, he said he needed to go to his truck. We opened the back fence to so he could have access to the front street and told him that the gate would remain open for him to use. My wife and stayed in the backyard waiting for him to return and he never did. We check the front of the house and noticed that his truck was gone. He split! No word at all. I called Kelly's main number and a recording said that they were away from their desk and to leave a message. That was at 12:35 PM. It is now 4:57 PM. I have called several times since but have had no results. The guy just split. Very unprofessional.
