 + -1 moreAlthough I was initially upset that the price was not what I thought was originally agreed upon, after some discussion we came to an amicable agreement, with Keller making concessions to satisfy us and we also agreed to some adjustment on the cost. The installers arrived exactly on time and were the best workers we have had to date. They moved most of our furniture and were extremely careful as they handled many heavy pieces. It took two days for the job to be finished and we are completely satisfied with the installation. Kellers called the day after completion to see if we were satisfied and I was pleased to tell them that we were very happy with the job.
Description of Work: We purchased carpet and pad for three bedrooms and closets, living room, dining room and hallway from Kellers. They also provided the installation.

 + -1 moreTHIS WAS A TWO DAY JOB BUT THEY MANAGED TO DO IT IN ONE. THEY WERE VERY PROMT AND AN EFFICIENT COMPANY. THEY CALLED A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER TO CHECK ON THINGS AND MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE JOB.
Description of Work: I CALLED UP KELLERS FLOORING AMERICA CAME TO MY HOUSE TO INSTALL CARPET IN ONE OF THE BED ROOMS AND PAD IN THE OTHER BED ROOM RECENTLY THIS PAST YEAR.
