 + -1 moreAmy is amazing! I have worked with her on several occasions and every time it's like I am her only client. She goes waaaay above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect! I honestly don't know how she does it. She doesn't pressure you to make hasty decisions, and is extremely knowledgeable about the market. She doesn't sugar coat anything, if she see's major flaws in a house that could become a costly nightmare later on, she will be very honest about it. She is always upbeat and positive, just an amazing person to be around! She doesn't care about making her next commission, like some realtors out there, she truly wants you to be satisfied in a perfect home. She is the definition of awesome customer service. I really didn't think there were bad agents out there, since I have only worked with Amy. She sets the precedent so high I was shocked to find out there are indeed terrible, terrible agents out there. This last house Amy helped us with we had to deal with a nightmare selling agent. But as Amy does, went above and beyond the call of duty and was there every second making sure things were done. When things didn't get accomplished by the selling agent, Amy took things into her own hands and got said things done!! She is just amazing realtor, woman, and friend! Now we are just so happy in our new home!!

 + -1 moreOur Realtor was professional and nice, however, looking back, commission seemed to take priority over client needs.
Description of Work: My boyfriend and I moved to San Antonio for employment in 2012. The Realtor we worked with was linked with my boyfriend's employer for relocation services. Though we had conducted online research with regards to the San Antonio area prior to our rental search with this real estate company, we were hopeful to gather more tribal knowledge of the area from the Realtor with whom we coordinated for our search for a rental home. Unfortunately, several times during the course of our 1 1/2 day rental property search, the Realtor mentioned that he was unfamiliar with most of the areas we visited other than the specific area where he lived in San Antonio. We landed a nice home in a fairly undesirable area of San Antonio mainly because it was the only physical property which met our needs, however, I would never have recommended anyone live in that area with regards to safety and security. Our Realtor never asked us specific questions about commuting or lifestyle and seemed to only provide us with homes based on our monthly rental budget. I am not a Realtor, so I cannot speak for how other Realtors conduct their business, but I would have questioned my clients about commuting and general lifestyle in order to provide my client with a property and location which closer matches the clients' needs. We would have gladly considered increasing our monthly budget in order to be close to work but in a safer area.
