Description of Work: Keller Williams' "Team Infinity", specifically Brayson Verzella, were the worst realtors we have ever had to deal with. We have bought and sold 6 different homes/properties. This is 12 transactions. They were the least service oriented of any realtor we have ever used. We never got a phone call back immediately after ANY of our house showings. In fact, most times, my husband had to call him, or we got an email. Very poor attention to customer service. They handled mostly medium to low end priced homes, the highest ever sold being about $600K. So when they took on our listing (an $850K house), they promised extra special service since it was considered a luxury home. None of that ever materialized. Despite not wanting a lock box on the front door, they put one anyway and never removed it at our request. After each showing, we (the house was vacant as we'd moved) found out the agent often left exterior doors unlocked, lights on and a/c low, despite our repeated requests and direction for these things to be taken care of. Not only that, but he allowed people into the home unsupervised which allowed them to break a number of traverse curtain rods due to their pulling on them incorrectly. We'd already had them replaced just prior to him listing it. Brayson' sales pitch about having this "great" team to get our house sold was the worst idea ever. We have always had one agent who tended to our needs personally from start to closing. "The Team" that he has was a joke. All Brayson did was get the listing, show the house and then when we finally got a buyer, he handed us off to his "Team", who basically didn't know what the other hand was doing. Their missteps only served to make us very uneasy the entire time we were under contract that they might screw something up and the sale would fall through. We had no confidence in his team after a number of screw ups and miscommunications within their own team! This "team" concept was the worst possible situation for any buyer. We now realize just how important it is to have just one (and only one) agent handling our transaction from start to finish. We cannot recommend this realtor or Team Infinity of Keller Williams. Poor job.

He is very personable and tends to go with what the customer prefers. He offers great advice and is very family oriented.
Description of Work: I hired Juan Costilla from Keller Williams to help us find some land last year. He also gave some suggestions for builders.

This was a terrible encounter with a real estate agent who was not only unresponsive, but extremely shady. I would almost venture to suggest that Jason Campbell is engaging in ethically questionable activity as well. The responses that we received to what were totally viable bids for a house in a transitional neighborhood were sketchy and did not pass the proverbial smell test. In short, I would recommend you avoid dealing with Jason Campbell in any capacity.
Description of Work: We put a bid in on a house whose seller was represented by Jason Campbell of Keller Williams. He got back to us almost immediately saying that our bid was too low to even merit a counter-offer by the seller. This was a ridiculous comment for two primary reasons: first, the offer was well within the range of recent comps for the neighborhood, and second, all offers are worth countering if you're serious about selling a house. We then asked our agent to speak to Jason Campbell to determine what, if anything, would be closer to the seller's acceptable range. After making us wait for over 48 hours, our agent finally heard back from Mr. Campbell who said that his seller had entered into a side agreement with another buyer a week prior to our offer without telling him. This, of course, raised the question that if the seller had entered into a contract with another buyer, why was this not listed anywhere that our own agent (a credible and reliable real estate professional) would have noticed it. Further, why would the seller not notify his own agent of this information? The house in question had been on the market for over 300 days and it seems to me that the seller would have been eager to unload it at this point. How did the seller's agent not know about this new buyer? And finally, if Jason Cambell had taken our first offer (which was rejected) to the seller like he says he did, why did the seller not notify Mr. Campbell at that time that a new buyer had been found. Instead, he told us the seller rejected the offer outright, and only alerted us to the "new buyer" development after an extended attempt at negotiation. The whole experience stank like rotten eggs. At best it was sloppy business conducted by a real estate hack. At worst, it wreaked of financial malfeasance. Avoid Jason Campbell, on either end of a real estate transaction, at all costs.

Description of Work: After doing a search for a home in San Antonio, I was bombarded with pre-set/impersonal emails from an agent at Keller, Jason Campbell. I spent three days paying for hotel rooms and he never offered to show me around until after I was approved for a loan. His loan agent was extremely rude. The third time I visited I asked the agent to open three homes for me after doing all the research myself. He showed up late and did not offer to take me around, so I continued to drive. His wife accompanied him for the three homes he did show me, and never stopped talking and giving her opinion, which made it difficult to do a proper assessment. Our best interest was the last thing on their minds. Then he offered to "fix" my credit and asked me to send $250, which I did. Another agency accepted me for a loan and I did not need any "fixing" and was told by a creditor that it may do more harm than good. Since the agent had not acted on his promise, I asked for a refund, which I did eventually get after much prodding. The icing on the cake is the disrespectful email I received from the agent. It was uncalled for and very unprofessional and anti-military (he said clearly that "rank does not impress him" and that I did not get respect because I did not deserve it. Some way to get customers. I would NOT recommend this realtor to anyone, especially military members.
