Donnie and Marlo are amazing agents. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. If they aren't 100% sure on something then they will research it to make sure they are giving you the best and correct information. I have complete confidence in this team. They very thoroughly represent you as a seller or a buyer agent. I have used them for both utilizing a 1031 exchange. They coordinated everything to make sure a step wasn't missed between other agents, the title company, or the exchange company. They made sure my interest was protected and I feel negotiations ended favorably. Their advice and guidance is priceless.

I hate to have to even take the time to write this review, and I do not do so lightly or without having given it a lot of thought. My wife and I are reasonable people, patient people, and always give people the benefit of the doubt. But the experience my wife and I have had using this person to sell our home has been SO horrific that we fired him after the first 70 days. Folks, let me give you fair warning about Agent Phillip Lopez with Keller Williams...do NOT use him OR his office (KW CityView at Huebner and 10)!! The extreme lack of communication, lack of ANYBODY looking at our home when those around us were selling like hotcakes, and his continuous pattern of lack of caring (even AFTER we finally got him on the phone and had a talk with him about the fact that we were on the verge of dissolving the relationship!) prompted us to fire him. Two days after firing him and telling him not to contact us anymore, he magically got multiple requests for viewings and even an offer out of thin air which he only verbally presented (we never saw an actual offer). We got more communication and activity from this person in the two days AFTER firing him than we got the entire 70 days we had been on market. Initially, he texted us to say he was sorry and would terminate the listing immediately. The next day, however, he back-pedaled and informed us that he would NOT release our listing and that for the next 90 days, if it sold, he would TAKE his commission anyway. Rather than agreeing to dissolve our contract due to the horrendous lack of service, Lopez chose rather to bully us and force us to not be able to sell our home for the next 90 days. His broker, Howard John Flournoy, backed him up too and has refused to let my wife and I go so we can find someone who WILL help us sell our home! The broker and Phillip Lopez, by their actions and despite my pleas, have forced us to have to spend money on litigation and to file an ethics complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission. You have been warned, AVOID Phillip Lopez as your real estate agent AND his brokerage Keller Williams City View!
