Eileen and Phillip are the best! They sold our condo in San Antonio and we bought with them a new house. We are planing on buying an investment house again in the future and with no doubt we will contact them again. They are extremely profesional and they truly care for their clients doing MUCH more than expected, they are ALWAYS in contact and take care of every minimum detail that most realtors wouldn’t even consider. As long as they are in the business I would never consider working with other realtors in San Antonio. They are amazing.

It went as good as it could have. Philip Tardbania, our realtor, was a real asset throughout the whole process. He prepared us for everything that was going on at each stage of the looking for and buying of our house. After about four months, we bought a great house and we could not be happier.

It went perfect - no problems - We made the right choice. The professionalism of Ms. Eileen Willis was magnificent; her experience made this transition very smooth and perfect.

Sale went quickly thanks to real estate pros Eileen and Phillip's great help. Will use them again on next house purchase.

It was a fantastic experience again! I reached out to Eileen to let her know I was interested in selling my house. She came out, walked the home, and told me what I needed to do in order to be able to sell my house for as much as I could. We set out a timeline (that I busted by two weeks because I was dragging my feet!) for what needed to be done and she really helped me stick to it. She held me accountable and, at the end of it all, got my house looking great and listed a lot quicker than I thought possible. The best part of it all? It sold in just over a day. Eileen knows exactly what she's doing when it comes to selling homes and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell! The next step I took with the Galaxy Group was with her teammate Philip, who sold me my next house. Phil was just a good as Eileen. He asked the questions he needed to, listened to what we wanted, and offered his advice to help us make an informed decision. It took us awhile to find the right house, but when we did he worked hard to get our offer in as fast as possible. As it turns out, his speed resulted in our offer being the first one in and a deciding factor for the sellers. One of the biggest positives when it came to working with Phil is he always offered his sincere advice, not the advice he thought we wanted to hear or the advice that would result in a bigger sale (and higher commission for him). We looked at many homes at many different price points and his advice/thoughts didn't change with the price of the home. He wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't want just to make himself more money. With him it was apparent he was genuinely concerned about making sure we found the right house. As is the case with Eileen and selling a house, if we're in the market to buy a house we'll definitely be calling Philip first!

My experience with the Galaxy Group was great. I only wish they could have come with me and helped me with the purchase I made in Indiana. I would and do recommend them to anyone that has a need for a realtor in the San Antonio area.

It went as well as could be expected. Mr. Dunn went above the call of duty to sell our house but the Canyon Lake market is far behind San Antonio and New Braunfels. Just no buyers in our price range. We decided not to sell and took the house off the market. If we ever decide to sell our house Jim Dunn will be the first realtor we call.

All the work was done by the Realtor. I just had to be out of the way during showings, no problem.

She was on time, professional and extremely curious. I will use her services in the future and will be handing her cards out to my friends...

He knows a lot about home buying especially for us first timers. We met and he had a slideshow presentation for us about everything that we were going to go through so that there were no surprises. I t was very nice because I did a lot of research and still did not know about many of the tings he mentioned. We talked about our wants and needs, schools, neighborhoods etc. He sent us all the mls listings of the ones that fit our criteria. We checked either, interested ,maybe or not interested and then he compiled a list and we saw several in a couple of hours. We met on a Saturday with about 11 of our family members who wanted to look too and he was very supportive of this and did not get annoyed at all. It was fun. He pushed us in the right direction and asked alot of questions to figure out what we really wanted. He did a great job. We closed a couple of weeks ago and I still keep in contact with him. Even invited him to the house warming party. He is a great guy working for a great company.

They were amazing. They worked very hard for us. They sold our house and helped us find our new house. Our house was shown thousands of times on the internet. They made our purchase very painless.

Mr. Jones provides comps on similar housing in the neighborhoods. I will diffidently be using him when I put my house up for sale.

Pam Hartz was referred to me through a friend. Not only is Pam familiar with San Antonio's housing market but she's understands the requirements of military clients. As a first-time homebuyer, I had numerous ideas in mind for my house. Pam helped me to focus and find a new house with the mortgage priced well below my BAH. Also, during the walk-thru, Pam was essential in identifying cosmetic issues with the home that I initially missed. Pam must have been a drill sergeant in a former life. As her client, I felt well-informed and taken care of. Clearly, Pam has her client's best interests in mind. I will definitely recommend Pam to friends moving to the San Antonio area.

I have used agent Becky Rommel to buy several homes in this area. I feel that she goes above and beyond the duties as a real estate agent. She has even given me information on service providers to service these new homes.
