+ -1 moreWe had a new home built in the past year & we are really happy so far. Everything went fine. There have been no problems. I wasn't onsite during the build but the people were prompt, courteous, & very professional. The job took only about 6 months to complete. The place was very clean & beautiful when we moved in.
Description of Work: Kaufman & Broad built us a new home from ground up including foundation, plumbing, & electrical.

+ -1 moreKaufman & Broad did a good job on our home. We were satisfied with it. When we bought the house, we were able to choose the finish on it, like carpet and paint colors. They were easy to deal with and had a good customer service department.
Description of Work: They built our three bedroom home for us.
