Description of Work: I have used K&S Builders [Neighborhood Handyman] previously. The owner, Mr. Michael Kane arrived at my home the same day I called. i expected just an estimate of what I needed. I have about a 200 foot wooden fence between our home and the city's "green belt". The city mows only twice a year and never within about 3 feet of our fence; thus there remains about 3 feet wide and about 8 feet tall of weeds left. I hired Mr. Kane to "weed-eat" the weeds, haul away the debris, and to spray weed prevention on the remaining. In addition, I have labored with my outdoor Malibu lights for several years. I purchased new replacements; but physically I could not install them myself. On the same day, Mr. Kane and his assistant installed all of my backyard Malibi lights [two complete sets], removed all of the broken ones, etc. I still have other "Honey Do" tasks on my list, and will certainly not hesitate to contact them again. Very pleased!

Description of Work: After the winter storms, over the years, our gutters had literally 'fallen' off. I had paid a 'reputable' local roofing company several years ago to install these gutters, at quite a high expense [over $3,000.00]. They did a very poor job, and did not stand behind their work! We have always had problems with them. Also I had previousy hired a fence company to replace all of my fencing [about $4,000.00]. I discovered that on one of my gates, they had not replaced the post. The post fell apart/off.
