 + -1 moreWe hired Joe to handle the inspection of our new house when we were coming up on our one year warranty. Several of our neighbors had recommended him to us. Working with him was a pleasure. We have hired many inspectors over the years and Joe was the first one that I would recommend and use again. He was extremely thorough during his review and explained the issues in our house in plain English that I could understand. The written report was received timely and was very clearly documented which enabled me to share it directly with the builder. I had some pushback from the builder on a few issues and Joe provided me with the resources and links to support my case (I won!). After the fact, I have had a few questions that have arisen and Joe responded to calls and emails very quickly. His comment to me was that once I hire him, he is always available for questions going forward.
Description of Work: Performed an inspection on my new home as I approached the 1 year warranty end.

Description of Work: We contracted with JWK Inspections for phase inspections of a new home in Del Webb's Hill Country Retreat during its construction by Pulte Homes. Mr. Keresztury was both meticulous and professional in his phase inspections of our house, exhibiting his highly developed knowledge and professional experience with home construction and applicable building codes. Additionally, he was prompt and precise in his communication with us and provided concise reports with photographs that supported us in assuring the builder met our requirements in producing a well built home. We intend to employ Mr. Keresztury's services for the 11 month follow-up inspection and highly recommend him for anyone seeking home inspection services.
