Description of Work: Juan villa construction did a great job of repairing and replacing Sheetrock above my kitchen stove that was damaged due to a roof leak. Juan and his partner also took great care moving the stove, installing the vent over the stove and all the while keeping a clean work area in my home. I definitely will use him again in the future and highly recommend him to others.

+ 6 moreThey kept the work area pretty neat even during the demolition stage, they used drop cloths and plastic to seal the kitchen area. He was very helpful answering the questions i had. Their workmanship is excellent, I'm very pleased with the work .
Description of Work: I just had my kitchen remodeled by Juan Villa construction They replaced the sheet rock , painted, replaced kitchen cabinets and counter tops and install a tile back splash.

+ 0 moreJuan had done some work for me last month. I called him back to install my new frameless shower door. He helped me pick it out and he picked it up at the big box store and installed it. He cleaned up after himself when he was done . The new door looks great. Spent $350 including the door. The door itself was the most expensive part of the job.
Description of Work: This guy is amazing.
