My experience with him was okay. He was on time. He did what he said. It was a good price. He did a good job. I will use him in the future.

In our house he figured out that we don't even need to replace the old ones and showed us how to attach new light fixtures without installing new ceiling boxes. He attached 2 light fixtures himself to show exactly how. *Update* Actually, as it turns out, we he did at our house, while it did solve our immediate problem, was against code and also a fire hazard. We were trying to install new electrical boxes for light fixtures in our 100 year old house and couldn't make them fit, so we hired him He said we could just drill the light fixture directly onto the wood and not mess with the electric boxes. It was great because we got our lights up! However, when an inspector advised us, he told us it was a fire hazard and no electrician who was licensed and insured wouldn't do that. So next time ask him to bring some papers to show and make sure what he does is up to the code.

Joseph arrived promptly at 9AM and worked all day until 5:30. The whole experience was a pleasure. He methodically moved from one section of wiring to another, rerouting the wires so they would not interfere with the sheetrock installation. He even reworked my junction box.
