Description of Work: Johnny was our real estate agent on a house we inherited. His advice and guidance through the process helped us make decisions that made our house marketable. The house sold over a weekend. This was not our first contract with Johnny. He has helped us buy and sell several houses in the last 14 years. He is honest, reliable and truly focused on what's best for his client.

+ -1 moreAll three times I used his services was a great experience. It's tough enough when going through the home buying experience, dealing with all the finance issues and back up needed, to the stress of having to deal with the actual move.. It was a great relief to not have to worry about how this process would work. We got down to the wire on our closing and my husband was in the military and about to go away for two months so we were really stressing. He took the situation by the horns and got us to move our stuff in the weekend before since my husband had to leave the day after closing. It was such a weight off our shoulders and we couldn't be any happier with our home!
Description of Work: I have used Johnny as my real estate agent 3 times in the past. He has helped me purchase two homes and sell one.

+ -1 moreJohnny was extremely helpful and patient especially when I did not understand concepts of the contracts with both transactions. He assisted me with the contractors when building my new home and was available at every step. I would use him again in a heart beat and have referred him to many others in my circle of friends and relatives.
Description of Work: Johnny sold my old house and assisted me with the building of my new home.
