The service was very good. I called in the morning, and they were able to stop by in the afternoon on the same day. Once Eddie arrived, he quickly looked at all the windows and was able to fix all of them on the spot. It literally only took him 20 minutes. The flat service fee is $50.00. Each window costs $15.00 which was not bad. I would recommend the provider.

Mirrors look great! They installed them quickly and disposed of my previous mirrors. Johnny was friendly and patient as I made up my mind regarding placement. They used 4 chrome clips attached to studs to hold the mirrors in place and they are barely noticeable.

We had one glass side of a double sided patio door replaced as well as an assorted numbers and sizes of screen doors installed, as well as a broken shed window replaced. They gave us an estimate that was better than anyone else has given us; they were very friendly and professional throughout. I was very impressed with them from the very beginning to the end and from this point on, I intend to deal with this company for any glass related issues.

We're prepping our house to put it on the market and had several windows that needed to be replaced and/or repaired. We had used them before and were our first call. They came right out and gave us an estimate to do the work. While the man was here to do the estimate he fixed one of the windows and didn't charge us since it was a simple fix. The girls in the office are always a pleasure to deal with and if there's every any problems or delays you're notified right away. The guys are prompt, are very friendly and professional. Great company doing great work!

Of three bids I received for repair of a skylight, they were the lowest. The first two companies that inspected the site to prepare a bid did nothing to secure the shattered and partially open skylight. Johnny and Sonny's did on their own initiative. They then scheduled and performed the repair promptly and cleaned up meticulously.

I was not able to be home for the estimate, so I placed a yellow sticky note on the appropriate window. They came to the house and took measurements and called me with a price quote - not an estimate. I agreed to the work and was told it would take about a week to have the replacement window available. Once the window was available we set a date and time. Two workers, one of them the owner, showed up on time and had the window installed in about 45 minutes. Speaking with the owner, I found him to be friendly, courteous and professional. When I asked who "Johnny and Sonny" were he explained they were the original owners of the company. Years later one partner bought out the other but did not change the name. The owner I was speaking to is the son of the original owner. The fact that this is a family owned and operated business for many years is a nice touch of Americana.

After examining the glass door, the guys determined the door had jumped the track and would not open the way it should. They put the door back in the track then cleaned and lubricated the track and used a shop vac to clean out the area where the carpet touched the door to get rid of all the dirt and dead insects that had accumulated under the door. They were professional and were very careful not to damage the glass door. And they arrived on time which I appreciate.

Install went very smooth. From the time they returned my call with an over the phone estimate to the completed job, Johnny and Sonny's exceeded all my expectations. The install was quick, professionally done, cleaned up completely and at the cost estimated over the phone.

This is the second time I have used them, and never disappointed. I ordered the shower door and one week later, it was installed! John and Kenny did a great job, and very professional. The old door and glass were completely replaced, and hauled away. The new door looks great!

I am so glad I called Johnny & Sonny's to repair the broken glass in my window! They were able to come out and fix it the same day I called and it was replaced faster than I could have imagined. My son (who broke the window) was also very relieved at the affordability of the repair since it is coming out of his allowance!

I was very pleased with the repairs that were done on my screens. My phone calls were returned promptly and the work was completed as promised. I needed the screens repaired so that I could close on the sale of my home. I was not disappointed.

Initial call was handled promptly and repair scheduled within 1 day. Installers called before they arrived and were on time. 2 man crew knew what they were doing and completed all repairs, including clean up, in about an hour. Overall I was pleased enough with the service to ask for a quote to replace all the old screens on the property and look forward to using them again. This was exactly the kind of service I was looking for in terms of cost and professionalism.

They did it again, an excellent job! I've had several windows replaced due to golf ball damage. The estimator always called the same day to schedule a time to measure, which has always been the very next day. The window is ordered and installed within a week. The installers have always been efficient, clean and install with pride in their workmanship. They are professional and courteous. Danny did the work today and he did a great job! I'm happy to give continued business to this company for their quality workmanship and customer service. Thank you to all! COMMENT REGARDING THE 'NEVER TO RETURN' CUSTOMER (September 10 review): When I came on Angie's List today to write a review, and saw the top review on September 10th was F, I was taken aback and feel compelled to comment. First, this company has always been PROFESSIONAL toward me. It is not only the responsibility of the business personnel to conduct themselves in a professional manner; it's also the responsibility of the customer to conduct themselves in a PROFESSIONAL and courteous manner. From the start of reading that review I got the impression of a toxic attitude of " I WANT WHAT I WANT, WHEN I WANT IT!!! How do you know why the children were there? Maybe the day care provider was sick and the parents had an inconvenience to their day. There were continuous words of how rude they were to you. I'm wondering what your facial expressions and body language were from the time you walked in the door. Did you give them the message through your disgust that you would be a customer that would be looking for fault and nothing would ever be good enough for you? Just asking! Food for thought! Do you know that 93% of communication is non-verbal!! After reading your anger rant, I found it amusing that the tech quoted you an almost double quote. I'm not speaking for Johnny and Sonny's when I tell you that I worked for a contractor years ago and sometimes potentially bad customers were deliberately given a high bid so THEY WOULD CHOOSE to NEVER do business with us. TIP: Keep that in mind when you want reasonable quotes in the future from any contractor! Again, and I emphasize. I'm not speaking for the tech. I have never had one complaint. I've always been 100% satisfied. Gee, all of sudden, their stripes changed when they met you? Give thought to their last statement. It looks like 93% of customers who gave an A rating don't have a problem with Johnny and Sonny's! They can be counted on!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I received a reasonable phone quote for a glass desk top. After the quote I mentioned I wanted to show someone some pictures to get an opinion on how it would be best to round the corners of the top so I visit the location. Upon arrival, I walked into an office with a crying infant in a playpen, a small child eating pizza at the first desk you came upon, a technician, and two females. The small child was the only one that acknowledged I walked into the office by staring at me. I was finally acknowledged by a younger female who very rudely asked what I needed, not how can we assist you. I told her that I wanted to purchase a glass top for a desk with rounded corners. Without looking at me she asked what width and the other female answered her. The tech then asked if I wanted a quarter round, and I responded that I would need an example of what he meant. I also showed both of them the pictures of the desk and neither extended any suggestions. The younger female then got up from her desk, shuffled through some papers and the tech walked out. No communication from neither of them. Finally someone came back and told me that they could not find an example. In my opinion how can you sell a product if you are not able to provide a visual example of the product? The tech told me to call him the next day for a quote. I told him that I would like a quote at that time. He then walked out again, came back in and quoted me close to double what I had been quoted on the phone. Due to the rude unprofessional behavior of the younger female, the lack of attention and lack of customer service from both and the inconsistent pricing I felt that the tech was quoting any price he felt without anyone fully understanding what I was attempting to purchase. I will NEVER return to or recommend this business. It?s obvious by the provider?s response that this company does not assume ownership of its lack of consumer service. Instead, provides an excuse of a ?small family company? for its lack of professionalism. It is also obvious, judging by their response that no one allocated the time to fully understand my needs as a consumer, but rather attempted to blame their lack of attention on confusion on my part. There was not three people attending to me at once, I was never overwhelmed. I inquired about various services and prices over the phone, the information I was provided was obviously inadequate. This is not the consumer?s fault rather the provider?s incompetency. I provided detail and a photo of the product I was looking to purchase; however, the provider could not locate a visual example on paper or product of what type of work would be provided to support their price quote. Therefore, there were not any sufficient answers provided to me. There was never any threat issued on my part, rather communication that I had viewed their company on Angie?s list and if they offered any discounts to participants. My review is ?my review?. It is my perception of the situation. Pitiful that the responder choses to attack me personally instead of acting upon constructive criterion from a consumer?s point of view. It is unfortunate that a company would rather lie about a situation then assume ownership. Just another example of the lack of professionalism, lack of education, and inadequacy this company projects to their consumers.

Called for an estimate and someone came that afternoon. The next day I received a quote over the phone and I agreed to have the installation performed. The glass was ordered and a few days later the installers came and had everything done in 45 minutes. Great job, great service, and great price. I would definitely use them again.

Very prompt in returning my phone call and worked around my schedule to measure my window. When it came to replacing the window they were quick and I am very satisfied with the work accomplished.

I had a quote done prior to purchasing the house. The gentleman that came to give me the quote was very personable. As soon as we closed I called and they had my replacement glass installed the following week. The were very fast. The installation crew was on time and polite. They did a good job. Compared to the prices I have paid in the past (different geographical area), I think their prices were very fair. There was a total of 14 double-pane window glass replaced. The installation crew was on time and did the job in a timely manner. The work appears to be done well. I can't tell which sections of glass were replaced. The only bad thing was that a few window screens were not replaced after they finished. I also found broken glass in my backyard and in my dining room a few days after the work was done. In spite of that, I like the work they did and feel like I got a good deal. I will definitely use them again.
