Description of Work: Work was not preformed. I was unable to obtain the estimate. When I contacted them, it appears they had placed someone else's information on my account. I could not convince them it was incorrect. Not pleased with the office customer service at all.

This was over a month ago. Per the other reviews I was expecting much better service. Unfortunately that was not my case. I found another contractor to do my repairs.

Description of Work: They replaced 8 double window panes that were clouded, four block and tackles and 1 window lock. They did a great job and we are very happy with their work.

Description of Work: Replaced two side panel windows with double pane rain glass window panels. They arrived when they said they would be here, went right to work removing the original window panes and installed the new rain glass panels. They did an excellent job of sealing the windows.

The next week they call and made a appointment. They were scheduled between 11:00 and 12:00 and they arrived at 10:00. It took them about 30min to complete the job. They did a excellent job

After much market research and vendor quotes on this type of work, Johnny and Sonny's offered the best pricing and professional install. They also provided a warranty on the products and installation service. I will refer them and use them again should I need this type of service performed.
