They came out the day after I called to review and bid the glass, and it was installed within 3 days as the glass had to be ordered. They were timely and did a speedy job of replacing the glass with no damage or dings to the door frame. Amazing! I had used them before so I knew they would do a great job.

On time and work done well. I will use them for all my future glass or screen needs

From start to finish, Johnny & Sonny's was professional in every way, listened to what we wanted, and followed through as promised. Their prices were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to replace glass panes in their windows.

I received very fast, professional service in getting one window replaced, and the the spring in another window fixed. They were responsive and courteous. I would use them again.

I had a large (94 in) sliding glass door that had lost the seal around the glass and the frame. The door had to be removed the seal repaired and since it wasn't rolling well the rollers were also repaired. My screen doors rollers were also in need of replacement but due to the nature of the screen door weren't replaceable so a new screen door would have to be ordered. I was asked if I would like a quote on the screen door and I said I would. I went out that afternoon and checked at Home Depot and Lowes for a replacement screen door with no luck. Looking online I found some replacement doors that were pretty pricey. Eddy at Johnny and Sonny's called me back with a quote of $94 for a replacement. They installed the door for me at the cost of the replacement door. I'm very happy with their work.

Overall, it was a good experience. I received a prompt call with a price estimate for the whole job. The person who delivered the door did a great job of installing it and making sure it was a smooth fit.

The whole process went excellently. I read the Angie's List reviews on this company, which really played a part in their selection. I thought that their price & value of there services was excellent. Their customer service top-notch!

First they measure the panes then order them and in a week or so they come out to replace the panes....very fast and experienced in this.

I called Sonny and Johnny's on Saturday afternoon to see if they could repair a broken window that had been damaged the day before. They were closed so I left a message. They called me back Monday morning and I scheduled an appointment for the following day. The technicians came on time and began by removing the haphazard configuration of plywood pieces that I had screwed to the side of the house to cover the opening. Then they replace the window and glaze. They also disposed of the broken glass piece. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and the price, and I would recommend them to anyone needing window replacement services.

We had remodeled each of our two upstairs bathrooms over the course of a few months and wanted mirrors installed above the sink basins to finish them off. I called the two businesses with the most rating on Angie?s List ? Thad Ziegler and Johnny and Sonny?s - for quotes. Thad Ziegler quoted me $12.50 a square foot while Johnny and Sonny?s quoted me $4.50 ? guess who I went with? We had originally planned to have two framed mirrors in one bathroom, and only use one installed wall mirror in other bathroom, but after receiving such an incredibly fair quote from Johnny and Sonny?s we went with installed wall mirrors all-around. As an aside, my brother owns a glass shop in another state, and had told me if I paid over $5 a square foot I was getting ripped off. Johnny and Sonny?s quote fell right in line with the advice he had given me. So I called Johnny and Sonny?s (JS from here on out) on a Thursday morning, they came out that afternoon to measure, and came back on Tuesday morning to install. They promised to be there between 9-12, called at 9 to say they were on their way, and showed up at 9:20 or so ? perfect. JS?s two men (never caught their names) worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned-up the small messes they made installing the mirrors. Also, before they installed and after looking at where the mirrors were to go, they made a suggestions as to size and placement, and trimmed the mirrors appropriately ensuring a more ?balanced? look. I would use JS again and recommend to all.

Work was exceptional and done efficiently without any problems to speak of.

GLASS WORKER REPLACED THE GLASS IN A EFFICIENT, PROFESSSIONAL MANNER. ALTHOUGH HE DID NOT HAVE A SHOP VAC FOR AFTER JOB CLEAN-UP HE DID THE BEST HE COULD WITH A BROOM. THE COMPANY GAVE AN UNSOLICITED DISCOUNT. .

I was a little upset, that when I first called in they told me there was a 5 year warranty. Before I wrote the check they indicated it was for parts only. I thought the warranty would cover labor and parts.

I ran over a branch when cutting grass and broke a window when a piece of the branch went flying. Fortunately, it was only the outer glass of a double pane window. So, I didn?t have an emergency (due to summer air conditioning) need for immediate repair. That gave me time to check Angie?s list for a potential repair company. There were several listed for our area, many with ?A? ratings. A few looked like ?big project? companies that may not be too interested in repairing a single window. The company I eventually selected was ?Johnny & Sonny?s Glass Co.?. When I called the phone was answered quickly and a pleasant lady took the information and said that someone would be out to give me an estimate the next day. An hour or so later she called to say that one of their men was in the area and would it be OK to come by. Within less than an hour Eddie from ?Johnny & Sonny?s Glass Co.? was at my door. I showed him the window and asked if he would also give me an estimate for replacing three other double pane windows that had lost their seal (corrosion and condensation inside). Eddie said ?no problem?. The next day they had the estimates for both the broken window and the three with bad seals. The quotes were $123 for the broken window and $240 for the other three. The quotes seemed very good, so I gave them the go ahead to order the glass for all four windows. Within less than a week they called and said they were ready and would it be OK to come out that morning. Fortunately, that worked with my schedule, so I said OK. Within two hours they had a two man crew at my door. They started work on all four windows and were done by 10AM. The workmanship was great and the quickness of the repair was very gratifying, since the outside air temperature would be in the 90?s by the afternoon. I?d recommend ?Johnny & Sonny?s Glass Co.? to anyone with a window problem. They have good prices, pleasant people, and top-notch workmanship.

Very well, they will have my business for any glass or window repair at my home that needs to be done, they were $100 less than the next quote and $300 lower than a very high quote

I called several days in advance to schedule the measurement and to receive an estimate. The technician arrived slightly ahead of the appointment time(not a problem at all!)measured quickly and efficiently, questioned us appropriately, brought samples of the choices for glass, and gave us an exact quote for the ultimate cost. Based upon the quote-which was the lowest of three that we received-we agreed upon an installation date. One of our choices was not in stock and had to be special-ordered. Our installation was re-scheduled. Due to personal circumstances, we had no leeway on our date for installation-company was coming! The office staff at Johnny and Santo's(especially Kristin)kept us informed until the technician arrived for installation. He performed the installation quickly and efficiently(seems like a theme of this company). Only issue: some metal filings remained on the bathroom floors after the installation. Not much of an issue.

Their price was very good, they did quality work, they were very punctual and they worked until the job was finished.

Called and got estimate over the phone for $85. Set appt for 8-Noon next day. By 11:00 AM I called and dispatcher apologized and said she would have them come right after their current appt. At about 11:30 they called & said they were on their way. Two men arrived at 12:15, removed the mirror, put metal clips top and bottom into studs and rehung mirror in about 15 minutes. They said it came down from the weight of not being installed on top of the vanity base. They then checked the other large mirror in the 2nd bath and put a clip on the top even though they said it was securely glued and set on the base.

I paid $75.00 for the bid and that $75 was reduced from the final bill. They provided the bid the next day and I accepted it. They called me when the glass arrived and we scheduled an appointment. They got a matching glass of the correct size, showed up on time, removed the old glass and installed the new one. I paid them the invoice amount, which had been reduced by the $75 I paid up front. Service was good, price was good. The glass was quite large, about 7 ft square.

Sonny was very helpful, tried to help us contact correct window manufacturer since our fogged window was still under manufacturer's warranty. However, since our home builder is no longer in business, were told that the window would not be covered by warranty. Paid to have replacement window installed and while the old window was being removed, the glass shattered all over the kitchen and outside patio. Apparently, installer wasn't aware that the pane was made of safety glass. He did clean up the glass with our wet-vac.

The patio door was totally stuck and would not roll open, nor would it shut completely, leaving a 1/2" gap near the top, letting in the 100 degree heat. J&S was the fourth company to respond to this problem. First company wanted to charge $800.00 to fix the rollers. The 2nd company worked a couple of hours, apparently jamming in some rollers that didn't fit, as the door worked only for 2 days and the company refused to return. The 3rd company was supposedly a reputable door company that could "fix anything", but said there was nothing that could be done -- would have to replace the door. (One estimate was $3600 to replace.) J&S was my last hope. The company referring them said if J&S couldn't do the job, then it simply couldn't be done. I checked them out on Angie's list and knew they were reputable. The two gentlemen worked what seemed less than an hour and repaired the rollers, plus repaired any damage done by the previous companies. They thoroughly checked the door to make sure it was working properly, and made sure I could open and close it as well. What a relief!! They were very pleasant and cleaned up the work area, although they worked in the only significant rain storm we've had in 2008.

Timely and professional work at a reasonable price.

The company came out and gave me an estimate. The panel was ordered and was ready in one day. The company came out promptly, removed the old glass panel and installed the new one. They vacuumed up the broken glass. They even discovered why the previous panel broke and were able to correct the problem so that it wouldn't happen again. Their estimate and cost were well below two other companies that I called. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely use them again.

Did a nice job and well worth the money.

Called and spoke with a lady who was friendly and courteous. She took my info. and set up an appointment. They called prior to coming out as I had requested. Came out took measurements and within an hour I had the estimate and was told they would be out in a few days to replace the window. The day of the appointment, they called to confirm and said they would be out between 10:00 a.m. and noon. Two workman showed up right on time 10:00 sharp, worked quickly and were done in half an hour.
