They were excellent all the way around. I called and got a rough estimate over the phone. They don't come out so their estimator told me the best thing to do was to measure the area. So I did that and took it into their business and they cut the glass from that. It fit perfectly. I will use them again in the future.

It was ready when I got there and wrapped in brown paper as I'd asked. He did what he said he'd do, when he said he'd do it and the price was reasonable. What more could I ask?

I called to have them come out and give me an estimate and then we scheduled the work a week or so later. The beading / weather stripping had cracked or come loose on several windows and I had 3 screens that needed to be replaced. The work was scheduled and completed to my full satisfaction.

They came to measure the day after I called for an appt. The windows came in a couple of days later, and they came that afternoon to install. They were neat, friendly, quick, a job well done. I will definitely use them again.

They were cheaper than the others and had the kind of door that I wanted. They called when they said they would and came out when they said they would. The estimate was for $600. I had had surgery and I asked them to let me know in advance so that I could be dressed and ready when they came. They called me to let me know beforehand, which a lot of people don't. They were very polite. I found them from Angie's List.

Two screens had tears in them. I called their office and John came out the same day. They do have a trip charge or I could bring in the screens to their office. I opted to have someone come out to my home. When John checked out the screens, he explained my options of replacing vs. repairing. Ultimately, I decided to replace all 3 screens in the front. That afternoon I received a call with the cost to replace 4 screens. Price was very reasonable.

We bought the house and the argon had to be replaced in the double paned windows (glass only) because they had discolored due to age. I would recommend them to other. They came out, gave an estimate and were there on time.

They came and removed the remaining glass and measured. They came back the next day with the glass and installed the new glass. They were prompt, cleaned up and were very professional. This was a 50 year old door that could not be removed so they had to do everything on site.

We had their number from a couple years ago. They are a family owned company. Both times we have used them, they have answered the telephone immediately, and have provided service calls within 24-48 hours. They called each time within 30 minutes before coming to the house. They were friendly, prompt and quick. The workmanship was great, too. The replacement time was less than 20 minutes each time. The upstairs pane was $83, the downstairs $78 ($5 ladder charge for the upstairs one). Also, we asked about replacement window quotes for the future. John advised against replacing the whole window, as it was very costly, but instead recommended replacing the multiple individual small panes with a larger pane and keeping the frame of the window to save money. I appreciated that. Bottom line: quick, fair, responsive, great workmanship, in a local family owned company. I thought the price was fair, too. Will use again for the next broken window. My money is on my son to break the next one.

He was #1 on Angie's List. We called them up and they happened to have someone in our general area so they came over and measured. They said they would come the next day and fix it and they did. It was fast service and perfect work.

Very responsive. They were able to come out within a couple of days and give an estimate. Came back the next day to install the mirror. Were on time, prompt and cleaned up when they were done.

The company called and scheduled a time to come and replace the glass. They called before they arrived and were on time. The two men replaced the glass and when they left I noticed another window pane in the same door had a "star" in it and had begun to crack. I feel the repair bill was expensive and it would seem reasonable that they could have seen the crack in the other window. Now, I have to call out another company and pay for another service call. Nice men but not real professional. Had to ask me for a straight edge to cut the caulking out of the window. The repair was good but just not sure about the service.

I like that they a family-owned business that really seem to value their customers. They came out and removed the sliding glass doors. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing. We have unique doors with very small wheels, and I thought we would just be out of luck. They were able to locate and order the new wheels within a day! The door opens quite easily now! I felt the rate was very reasonable for the complexity of my doors.

I contacted them and they were very polite and patient while I made up my mind on whether to purchase regular screens or solar screens and on what color of solar screen. They were not pushy at all.

First I used this company earlier to install shower door on my bathtub and install decorative mirror frame around huge glass mirror above mydouble sinked vanity,,,,,,builder installed huge chunk of mirror above vanity ...my bathroom layout emphasizes the vanity ang mirror placement...well the mirror looked cheap and ugly so I had a decorative element added to it .... they did a beautiful job and people are always commenting on how this one change has added such beauty and style to my bathroom..... the shower doors are of excellent quality and function perfectly..... given my prior histroy with them i called them to repair my master bath shower door,,,, he had a crew doing repairs in the area so he sent them to my place after they finished --- in other words ---he graciously squeezed my repair in and then the repair crew called me when the job they were working on was running a little late.----remember, he could only give me a time estimate but they still called to give me an update..... i have made appointments 6 weeks ahead of time with some service providers and they were still late or called at the last to cancel or reschedule,,,,, so when this company said they will show up , they keep their word and provide excellent service....very happy with the repair work and the employees were polite, knowlegable, gracious and efficient.... my money went to the right company

The price was reasonable. They were very honest and good and let me know what they would be doing and followed through with it.

They did a great job and I would use them again.

Overall, the service and responsiveness to issues was amazing and their willingness to work around a tight schedule was great.

Were very friendly on the phone and easy to set up an appointment. Came out and did the job correctly and even came back to help when the security alarm wouldn't set back up and fixed it. Was very pleased and would use them again.

They were fantastic. Gave a quick estimate and then arrived on time to do the work (replacing outside window). I'm no longer in the area but wish there were more contractors this good in New Jersey, where I now live.

He arrived promptly for the estimate, called later that afternoon with a price then installed 3 days later. Everything went very well, I would happily recommend them.
