Very good...I though it was abit expensive, but the job was completed to my satisfaction

I had a broken window from landscaper's equipment that had kicked up a large rock. Johnny and Sonny's came out to do an estimate and I ordered the new glass. They returned in a timely fashion and installed it quickly. I was especially impressed since their plant had been badly damaged in the fires of a very dry summer of 2011. They had lost almost everything but my order was on a truck they saved! They were grateful to have the business.

This company was everything and more, they were prompt, called before they came out, very polite gentlemen, they measured the window and told me they would call back either that afternoon or the next morning with an estimate. They called me back that afternoon with a very reasonable estimate for the glass, and the beading that surrounded the glass. I asked them to please order what was needed, and to let me know when they would be back to install the window. they were back in two days and and completed the job within 30 minutes. After seeing the one side of the window, I realized I should have replaced the whole thing, the guys were so nice about my obvious mistake, that they did not charge me for another trip out, and with in 2 days I had another new window. As I said at the top these guys were great, honest and not out to gouge anyone, if ever I need glass work done again, this is the company I will call. I have also recommended Johnny and Sonny's to several real estate friends.

I was very pleased with the service & work performed. The tech (John) was GREAT! He was very professional. He took the time to ensure the locks at the top of each door worked after he replaced the rollers & explained why I couldn't get the doors to lock properly at times. This information was extrememly valuable to me and I feel a lot more secure after his visit. BOTTOM-LINE he enhanced the security in my home.

I needed a cracked window replaced. The receptionist took my name and told me the workers could call me when they were coming over (I agreed to this because I work close to my house so I could dash home). The gentleman called me the very next day and I met two workmen at the house. They were very fast, clean and professional. It took less than 30 minutes, I'd estimate. The window looks good.

Johhny and Lindsey arrived punctually for our appointment to discuss the replacement of my windows. They were knowledgeable and straight forward with the information and gave me alternative solutions for the glass replacement. The actual installation went very quickly and they cleaned up the job site. The new glass looks great - our only issue now is that we'll probably want to replace more windows because the new ones look so good. I would definitely recommend these guys.

We were interested in lowering the air conditioning bills in our home by having solar screens installed. After checking Angies List we called Johnny and Sonny's Glass Co. mainly because of their consistantly high reviews. Eddie came and did the measurements and a day later, we received our estimate. We have never had solar screens before so we were given very helpful advice on how to select the density and color of the screens.The price was very reasonable so we placed our order. Approximately one week later they were installed. The screens look terrific and hopefully will keep the home cooler. This company is efficient, very professional and we definitely will use them again. We are contemplating some glass replacements at a later date and they will definitely be the company we choose.

The majority of the windows in my 2-story home had become fogged between the double panes and I had 2 windows broken (cracked). Unlike other companies that wanted to replace my entire windows, they said they could the old glass out and replace with new double panes. Much better on the pocket book by far! The communication was good and, although I was not in a hurry, the service prompt.

A neighbor recommended Johnny's and Sonny's. I liked the way his solar screens looked and when I saw their positive reports on Angie's List that helped me decide to contact them. When I called to ask for an estimate, I was able to set an appointment for someone to come out within 2 days at a time that worked for my schedule. Two men came out to measure and answer my questions. They showed me several colors of screen to choose from. They were able to match the color of the frame with the color around my existing windows. They described how sunlight is blocked during the day and no one can see through the screen into the house during the day; however, at night with interior lights on, people could see through the screens into the house. I have a large window with two smaller windows on either side. They suggested I have one large screen over all 3 windows and I agreed. They measured the windows. I received a call two days later with an estimate. I said I wanted the screens installed. They told me it would take about a week for the screens to come in. When the screens arrived, they called me to schedule installation at a time that worked for me. It took two men less than an hour to install 7 screens. I had branches hitting two of my windows and I had a trimmer so one of the men cut back branches that had been hitting my windows when the wind blows. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and had reasonable answers to my questions. The price quoted is what I paid. I will definitely use Johnny's and Sonny's in the future.

The company and their personnel provided superior products and service. They were tremendoust help in assisting me in determining the right solar screens for all my windows. They were always on time and are extremely efficient at their craft. It will be a pleasure to hire them again and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent experience overall! I contacted Johnny & Sonny's 10 days ago for an estimate on replacing 10 double-paned windows. Eddie stopped by the next day to measure the windows. The estimate was very fair. The windows were ordered and installed within a week. Eddie and Chris were super professional and left me with clean, clear windows. They also suggested I get some new screens - I'll definitely take them up on that.
