The quality of the service was good. It ran fine for many months afterward. Its the cost thats the complaint. I know from other shops I can get most carbs (especially from a chainsaw) cleaned for ~$45-55. These guys charge $80-85 w/o blinking an eye.

That was fine with me and once I picked it up -- it was working like it was brand new! They are my go-to place now.

I have had someone else mow my lawn for years but just acquired a Honda commercial mower and Echo trimmer from my son. I've passed by their business for years but didn't realize what it was until I saw them listed on the web. The service and attention was stellar. I got new parts to service the mower and a new trimmer head for the trimmer. When I got home, I was overwhelmed with the trimmer instructions. Decided to go back the next day and see if I could get a little help. I walked into the service side of the shop and the head guy took me aside and not only mounted it, but explained in detail everything I needed to know. It turned out to be a really nice trimmer head that you don't need to take off to mount the line. You just run a 10 ft piece of line through the middle of it and just push on the outside dome and the thing just advances to wind it all up! If there is one complaint, it would be that there website only lists Stihl products but they sell and service pretty much everything that a commercial guy needs. Yes, they do full service on Honda and other top brands. There is absolutely NO BS here. Fair prices and honestly with individual attention which is something a novice like me really appreciated! Ask for Nick. He'll do you right.

I purchased a new lawn mower from this company in April 2006. In October, the starter cable broke. After calling the company to report my problem, I eventually spoke with Mr. Brown, the manager. He agreed to pick up, repair, and return the mower and to charge me only for the cost of the pick-up and delivery. He picked up the mower one day and returned it the next, and, in the end, waived even the pick-up-and-delivery charge. I was totally satisfied with the level of service I received from this company.
