Description of Work: I had a major leak from my screw down metal roof during recent rains. Joe Escobedo Roofing came out right away to offer an estimate for repairs and voluntarily patched my roof until I could decide to engage his services. Joe, the owner, was very good at explaining the problem, showing me where the roof was leaking, and what it would take to repair it. He repaired my roof, offered me a 1 year warranty and actually called me after a recent rain to make sure everything was OK. Joe gave me many references to call and I found all of his previous customers to be very happy with his work. Mr. Joe Escobedo is a man of his word and really valued me as his customer. I highly recommend him and his crew for quality roof repair and for new roofs too. I would not hesitate to call him again. In fact, I am going to have him come out to do an annual inspection of my roof for potential problems
