Mr. Briskey was on-site himself all day to supervise and WORK! Everything was done: A few bushes, plants from a freeze during winter cut back; ALOT of leaves to be cleaned up; all pruning done; yard mowed; bushes pruned artistically. And, actually told me bushes that I thought were dead he thought we should wait a few weeks - he would cut them all the way down and they still might come back!! The carport was a mess with leaves - all that was cleaned. Sidewalks and driveways clean as a whistle (and we had just had some rain the night before). Two bonuses with this company: Mr. Briskey knows a lot about yards and landscaping - he made many good suggestions The office staff (Anna) is very good and professional The reason the cost shows 0.00 is because they are mailing me an invoice/contract this week. I'm going to use them every 2 wks.

However, the situation/communication with this company has worked out to be VERY SATISFACTORY! When I first called the owner was out in a couple of days to look at my property and was very professional and knowledgeable. The only problem facing us was that his week it is not only Easter, but here in San Antonio, TX we have what we call "Fiesta". He told me they were very booked but he would try to fit me in and would get me an estimate. The complaint I had @ the beginning was that it took almost a week to get the estimate and a time schedule. Looking back, I wasn't realistic because of the busy week. Then one of the owners called me yesterday (4/16/14) and explained they were overwhelmed and couldn't get to my house this week. I expressed my unhappiness (because I have guests coming this weekend) and was very disappointed. Anna called me back within 30 min. and had talked to the other owner. He wanted me to know that somehow it would get done tomorrow (4/18/14). But, he needed me to sign a contract for ongoing service (which I had also requested). I have no problem with that and I'm very impressed with their courtesy and service.

I have been using them for about four years. They come to my home weekly. I have a good size yard with lots of plants. The last time they were here they cut the grass, pruned shrubs, pulled weeds, cleaned up, the complete package. They are very reliable, honest, good people.

Briskey Landscaping do a great job. We have been using them for years. They do pretty much whatever needs to be done in the yard. They cleaned up really well after themselves during the last time that they came. They came after I called them and showed up on time. The only downfall is that they are hard to get a hold of because they have no secretary. I just leave a message of what I want done and they come and do it. It can be frustrating.
