I was paired up with Joe from my home warranty company. My dryer was shorting out when I used it. Joe called me shortly after the hw company contacted him and set up an appointment for two days later. He showed up right on time and got to work. He looked at the outlet, took it apart realized that it was very old and the wires were burned which was causing my breaker to flip.  He went to Home Depot, got the new part, came right back and fixed it. He was very professional and we would use him again.

We recognized on Saturday morning that all outlets in our master bathroom were not working and that the main GFCI outlet had been damaged. I put in a claim with the home warranty company on Saturday morning which they then referred to JLB Electric. I was contacted by Joe Benedetti not even 30 minutes later (on a Saturday...wow!) and we arranged for him to come make the repairs on Monday. Joe called before the appointment to confirm that the time we agreed upon was still convenient for me and arrived at the correct time (which I greatly appreciated since I work during the day). He was very polite and professional, both in his demeanor and appearance. He had me walk him through everything that was malfunctioning and then quickly went to work. Within 20 minutes he had diagnosed the problems and explained the issues to me so that I could then explain to my husband. Once the repairs were approved by the home warranty company (10 minutes or so) Joe went to the hardware store to get the necessary parts and was back within a few minutes. He quickly made the repairs, showed me the features of what he had done, and was very conscientious of my need to get back to work. His work was very clean and professional. I would definitely recommend JLB Electric and Joe Benedetti to anyone in the San Antonio area looking for a quality electrician.
