I would rate a zero for Troy who works for them on the repairs of your home he hired a guy named Rick who did not do a great job n my main concern was my window that they refused to fix that was damaged by the break in it got hit with the tear gas bullets n shattered the glass n when they replaced it I told him it was not set rt that it moves n wobbles n he sai d oh it’s an old home window really it never done that before n still did not want to fix it

Sloppy, Sloppy work. They took advantage of my elderly mother. Two years later and we are still paying contractors to come out and fix the work they did. He also came to my mothers house twice before work had even started to collect her deductible. Really? USAA referred this company to my mother.

I was quoted 4-6 weeks and they were the middle bid for the work cost wise. We are going on week 18 and it is still not complete. Their subcontractors are unreliable the quality of the work they are doing is sub par. Lots of mistakes, delays, the project manager is not doing his job, I am the one who constantly pushes and I am beyond frustrated. Doesn't seem like anyone cares and there is no remediation or penalties. They can take however long they want and as the consumer you are stuck just waiting with a half finished bathroom and tools everywhere. Would never hire again

Worst situation! I had a fire in my house. Had friendly gentlemen show up and tell us everything is going to be ok. Then you watch the cameras in your house and find out that it is anything but "OK". The employees, which we found out later one was a supervisor, were caught on camera saying " Just rearrange things and make it look like we were in there" and "Hey just get the big items so they can't hammer us on the obvious items" The salesman tells us they are going to Chem Clean my house with special sponges and chemicals and instead they grab my pledge out from under the sink and uses PLEDGE to clean a few inches on my walls, clean my sofa, etc. They were suppose to clean out all my cabinets and dishes to remove the soot and damage and they are on video wiping their sweat from their brow, wiping their hands on their shirt and then using his shirt to dry my dishes. All of this transpires in which the insurance company is going to pay $3400.00 to clean. So I contact a different Supervisor who sits in my house and says "Man when you told me you had cameras and wanted to show me what you found, I just cringed thinking what my guys put in their pockets.....I am so glad they didn't take anything" I snapped back and said they did, $3400 that was supposed to be spent on cleaning. I then gave the alleged "Supervisor" a glass from my cabinet that still was black with soot and showed him what his guys called complete. I did this just in case the videos were not enough. Jonathan Miller and Joe Valadez, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Nationwide...on your side? No and when all of this was brought to their attention I was told "I received a letter from Jenkins and they are telling me they are standing by their employee", "So what do you expect me to do" Crazy! I expect you to review my videos and take my side....the customer who pays for insurance to make sure they have a company who has their back during a difficult time in their life. All in All the worst experience! Do not us Jenkins, think twice, and hopefully you have an adjuster that cares about you and your family during their time of need.

I asked USAA to refer me to a reputable company for my roof claim and I am very pleased at the outcome. We had some upgrades to 30 year tile as well as ridge vent vs. the turbines.

1st class work and service -- tied to Insurance (USAA) efforts to repair house after hail damage. Responsive, fixed any issues immediately from sub-contractor performance and attention to detail and service was what I expected given cost of repairs.

The crew came out and then left for a lengthy period of days. They did make good on their warranty and the 2nd crew that came did an excellent job and they finished the job within a few weeks after coming back. I m very satisfied with the patio. Its sturdy. I would definitely recommend this company with A's across the board.

The quality of their work was expert. The foreman provided excellent service.

At first some of the workers were remiss in doing quality work such as painting, caulking, etc, but David saw to it that they redid it to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the result.

Jenkins was referred to me by my insurance company. Before this, I did not know them as a contractor. Kevin Radman came to my home to estimate the damage. He was professional, on time, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. My experience with them was fast and on-time with seamless efficiency and my complete satisfaction. I would use Jenkins again without hesitation.
