Daniel was my main contact, and I was very pleased with his overall communication. Daniel was responsive to my questions, and never changed any provided information, quote info., or did I ever feel he cut any corners with our project. Our quote was more than competitive that we were going to postpone a Garage mini-split installation. We asked for a quote to add the mini-split to existing quote, and were more than happy to award the both projects to JDR A/C & Heating. Daniel was not part of the team that installed our Central A/C & Mini-split, but his team of 3 were up to the task. Daniel return a day later to QC the entire project, for our approval, and payment. That's right... no up front costs until they were done. We're thrilled with both our new systems. Thank you JDR A/C & Heating.

very professional...did precisely what was agreed to and done...extremely efficient and very easy to deal with.... completing two complete swap-out systems in less than on-half a day and were there to answer any followup concerns and guidance on using new NEST system being promoted by CPS. Even knew CPS repres handling rebates...definitely use them in the future...

My ac wasn't cooling the house. Normally I can't get someone out the same day, let alone when I'm contacting them after 3 pm!! Daniel came by shortly after 5:30, and in an hour had checked out my ac, AND fixed a gas leak!! Will definitely use them again. Daniel was excellent, explaining everything and showing me what he could. Thank you!
